Owner never returned my calls. January 23 2023 your roofer damage my car paint of my hood. I reported to Fernando. I called your company. Your employee forward your number. I called you multiple times. Your owner and your company never returned my calls

Thanks for your review, Michael. I called the number that we were given + what was on our caller ID back on Friday last week; someone answered the phone, didn't say anything when I explained who I was, then hung up & didn't call back. I know that you spoke with my foreman, Victor, onsite; as he told you, and as I had planned on telling you when we spoke, you should file a claim with your insurance if you believe that the damage was caused by our crew. I'll be in the office tomorrow morning between 9-11 if you'd like to call to discuss. Thanks again for sharing your experience. Have a great night!

Quality roof installed my roof about 7 years ago. Every contractor I’ve had work at my house has always commented about how well done the roof is. John has always been prompt to any calls I have. Anytime I call he answers right away. Along with minor issues that I’ve called about he has come to look and gave me an honest and accurate evaluation. I recommend them to everyone I know.
