We recently had our 22-year-old roof replaced by NW Precision Roofing, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, Michael was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He and his crew were punctual, highly skilled, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, leaving our property safe to walk around without any roof work hazards. What really sets NW Precision Roofing apart happened before we even hired them. We had a leak caused by a lifted roof vent, and other roofing companies wouldn't even look at it unless we signed a contract. Michael simply got up on the roof, secured the vent, and stopped the leak—no charge, no obligation, and no sales pressure. That level of integrity made our decision easy. Unlike some companies, we never felt pressured with repeated sales calls while we were deciding. Communication was always clear, the pricing was very competitive, and there were no surprise charges or unnecessary add-ons once the project started. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship is immaculate. If you're looking for a roofing company that is honest, reliable, fairly priced, and stands behind its work, we highly recommend NW Precision Roofing. Michael and his crew truly set the standard for exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.

I hired this roofing company because of their good ratings, but my experience was disappointing. The crew showed up late, left debris all over my yard, and the roof started leaking after the first heavy rain. Customer service kept delaying repairs and never followed through.

Nw Precision Roofing did a marvelous job. They worked very hard, finished in three days and fixed some flaws they discovered.... Plywood sections that had been burned...as well as putting on a good looking new roof. They cleaned up the site nicely after finishing. They were totally dedicated to getting the job done. Michael Cardenas, owner, was thorough in his inspections before and after the job, worked hard with his other two men, and was always very courteous.

These guys are fabulous! As a realtor I have referred them so many times and they’ve put on at least 5 roofs for me! Not only are they fairly priced and great to communicate with, they do absolutely amazing work and are fast! If you need a new roof definitely get a quote.

Michael and his crew did an outstanding job. They cleaned up every evening and the roof install went well. It was obvious to me they take pride in their work. I didn’t expect so many of our neighbors to comment on how great our new roof looks!

As a real estate professional who sees a lot of roofs, I’m very careful about who I recommend, and Michael at NW Precision Roofing has truly earned a spot at the top of my list. He is a consistent, reliable resource—quick to respond, clear in his communication, and honest about what actually needs to be done versus what can wait. The quality of Michael’s workmanship is outstanding. Everything from the shingles to the flashing and clean‑up reflects real pride in his craft. He delivers elevated quality while still coming in at a very fair price, which is rare in this industry and makes him an incredible value for homeowners and clients alike. I also appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism on site; he treats the property with respect and leaves it looking better than when he arrived. Michael has become my go‑to roofer and a trusted resource that I am confident sending to my clients, family, and friends. If you’re looking for a roofer who combines high‑end results with fair pricing and genuine integrity, I highly recommend NW Precision Roofing and Michael’s team.
