  I would not use Clear Vision Construction for decking or trust them to do anything else at this point. They put a new roof on our house and that went well, but a couple years later, I called my point of contact at Clear Vision, Gerry, and arranged to have my deck redone; the work was shoddy-he didn't even use deck screws or composite boards. The job had to be redone the following year and when I called Gerry to ask him to at least come out and put in new screws that wouldn't rust and warp, he ghosted me. Not professional at all.

  My husband and I met with Victor mid Nov. to discuss a new roof, we accepted his bid and were told we would have our new roof by Dec. 15. After being put off until mid March we found a new roofer. When asking for our deposit to be returned they wanted to keep a cancellation fee. I don’t know why we were so rudely treated. Do not work with this company!

  We chose Clear Vision because of their competitive pricing and great ratings on Better Business Bureau. We were extremely happy with how fast they got us scheduled and the team they sent to do the work was amazing! They were quick and cleaned up after themselves as well as doing a fantastic job!   We had Clear vision do a total roof replacement on our former cedar shake roof with their premium presidential roofing. From the starting consultant visit, Lee was extremely helpful.   Clear Vision Construction did a fantastic job for us! Our 30-year-old roof was in need of full replacement, including all new plywood, which was unknown until they began the job on Monday morning. Even with that glitch in the schedule, work began on a Monday morning and the team finished the work, including full clean-up, on that Tuesday afternoon! Crew was friendly and efficient. Derek, our contact for the job, came by on Wednesday to inspect the work and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. The original estimate by Sean Fee was within the ballpark, the most professional one we had, and was the reason we selected Clear Vision in the first place, after being referred to them by a neighbor. The only minor criticism for me would be the slight delay in communication between the time our deposit was received/cashed and the time Derek called us to set a date for the work, which was about 3 weeks. Although we were not at all in a hurry to have the work done, it would have been reassuring to have someone reach out soon after receipt of the deposit to confirm that our job was in the hopper and was being scheduled. Their price was not the lowest estimate we received, but it was the best bang for the buck. Very happy to have found them, and Mother Nature even provided a test after the job was complete. No leaks! 😊

  I couldn’t be happier with Clear Vision Construction. Got a new roof and gutters and they delivered exceptional service for a fair price. Don’t waste your time with other roofing companies who try and give you a sales pitch. Sean and Derrick were upfront and honest through the whole process and they are a family owned business. After my neighbor saw their work she got her roof replaced shortly after through Clear Vision!

  Clear Vision is a Clear Winner when it comes to roofs. The whole experience from RFQ to completion was excellent. Their warrantees were a game changer in themselves.   We are so happy with the work done by Clear Vision! This is the second time that we have worked with them, the first project was small, but this second project was a major undertaking of gutters, windows, doors, complete siding, and a full paint job! The results are amazingly beautiful, and the whole project was done quickly and professionally. We enjoyed working with everyone on the team and could not be happier with how it all came out.
