  This company made numerous mistakes on our project. We paid $47,000 for a large-scale job, yet they continued to make errors on a daily basis while attempting to conceal them from us. One of the most alarming examples was that they installed window flashing across the entire roof. (David's Idea!). I can’t even count how many times I had to clean nails out of the street and garden, as well as oil stains from the driveway and street, after they left. One of this company’s workers asked me to hold a fascia board because the employee who was supposed to be there told Jim in the middle of the day that he had injured his spine at work and would not be coming. The owner did not arrange a replacement and did not even show up at the job site himself. As a homeowner, I should not have been expected to assist with construction work, but this project has already been dragging on for three years and the owner does not respond to any concerns. The employees from this company are vulgar and aggressive. They reacted aggressively when I asked them not to damage my property, because they destroyed many things during the project. I was only able to learn the truth from the security cameras because they lied to me when I asked what had happened. I also witnessed many dangerous situations, including one in which a worker was pulled into a gutter-making machine, but Jim quickly shut the machine off. The company owner should ensure that workers have access to proper restroom facilities. At the beginning of the project, there were none, and one of the workers relieved himself in my yard—in plain view of me!

  They were quick and did a good job replacing my roof. However, attention to detail was a bit lacking. Specifically, they backed over my mailbox on the first day and not only didn't tell me about it but never offered to fix it or compensate me for the cost of my fixing it. Have had two issues since I posted this initial review, and both times have been ignored/blown off by the company. Definitely don't recommend, lowering from 3 to 2 stars.

  Dishonest, shotty work. One of the workers informed me after they installed my gutters, that they had forgotten to install one of my downspouts. I asked that it be installed, and I was guaranteed that the gutter would work appropriately without it, and it was unnecessary. Shortly after my gutters were installed I had them overflowing with rainwater. I got on the ladder to clean them, and noticed they were not full of debris, just uneven and holding stagnant water to the point of overflow. I contacted Ben (owner) and let him know about the problem. When he notified me he would be out to fix it over the weekend, I let him know I would be out of town for the weekend, and needed to schedule another time. Fast forward about 2 months, I contacted again to let them know I still had the same problem. Ben assured me he came out that weekend when I was gone and fixed them. Odd, because my fiance was still home for the weekend, and the cars parked directly under the front gutter would have been impossible to work around. Add in the fact that I have photographs, AND the gutter in the back of the house is still shaped like a "W" holding water in more than one spot. The gutters are wavy, wobbly, ugly, and don't do the job properly. I have since not heard from Ben or his company about fixing the gutters. Previous gutters were on the house for 20+ years and never held standing water. Ben and Precision Services LLC not only do poor craftsmanship causing you to have the job done twice, he is a bold faced liar. I will be hiring someone to fix the issue, and sending them the bill as they have refused to return my attempts to contact them to fix what they did wrong.

  Recently had my roof completely redone by precision roofing and gutters. I'm extremely happy, they did a fantastic job. Excellent communication and follow through before, during , and after completion. They also did carpentry work on areas that needed replacing, which is an added plus! Very nice company to work with , I highly recommend them.

  Our roof was around 35 years old I decided to replace it. I contacted several roofers for quotes and decided to go with Precision Roofing and Gutters and was really glad I did. I can’t tell you how smooth and professional it all went from start to finish. I am so glad I decided to go with Precision Roofing and Gutters because they are the best in the business.   I believe they did a good job on the roof. However their communication is horrible. It was my understanding after talking to Dave they would paint the caulking on the barging rafters. And we could get whatever paint they had leftover or at least the paint color. They also took a tarp of ours that we used to cover plywood in the rain. I assume they thought it was theirs? Anyway after several weeks of the complete walk through I had heard nothing on getting painting done, and extra work bid. I texted and called. Finally and answer. Received bid, to high, have asked for paint and tarp no reply. They had told me they were working on their communication, doesn’t seem to be getting better. Because of that I would not use them again. ************UPDATE ********** Today I talked with Ben the owner, he was very concerned about my comments and concerns. After a lengthy conversation we were able to resolve the paint and tarp problems. Also part of the issue was a staff member being out, that issue will hopefully be resolved with future clients. Ben was very pleasant and offered to work with us personally if need be in the future.

  Eric came by to follow up and he was marvelous. You need more stars To give him the appropriately high rating that he deserves..He was professional, pleasant, outgoing, smart, helpful in many ways. I enjoyed speaking with him and his suggestions For other repairs in the basement. He is an exceptional young man, and I am sure qualified in many ways. I wish everyone that we had to deal with was like him.

  Great experience with precision Roofing and Gutters. Much less money than my other estimates and yet they did more and had a substantial Veterans discount. Got on the schedule right away. Eric took lead with helping me out. He was awesome- prompt, communicative, and very friendly. The whole job took them 3 days. That crew got after it. Very happy I hired them to do my roof, Gutters and skylights.

  I have used Precision Roof and Gutters for quite a few projects over the years and Nick Breslin has been one of the most detailed and knowledgeable roofers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They have done complete re-roofing jobs, single slope replacements, and even some retrofitting smart vent systems and ridge vent installs.
