When I called to schedule Qualified Roofing to come look at a house the first thing they asked me to do is leave a review so here you go. I called to make an appointment with this company to get an estimate on roof repair. It had to be scheduled with the homeowner as the house is under contract. They didn't show up to the appointment and never called. I followed up the next day and they rescheduled for that evening. Once again they didn't call or show up. I called for a follow-up to ask what happened and never heard back. Seems like a pretty shady company, I wouldn't trust them with any work on your home.

Now Qualified roofing deletes their 1star rating!! I needed an estimate for many home related repairs before Monday 3-19-18 as my application will close. I called last Wednesday, waited All day Thursday, I called Thursday afternoon ,was told will be there Friday or Monday. I told this place " Time is of the essence.' What a letdown . JOEL BECKHAM is a name not to trust. He Could not give an exact time. I NEEDED THIS ESTIMATE TO GET MY HOME IN LIVABLE CONDITION.. If this post comes down , I will put a review on BBB.

Had unexpected roof damage from a storm. Joel saw the damage, left his card at my door. Ended up going with him and his team. They were able to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. I will use their services again if needed for sure!

Joel is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and the guy you want for all your roofing needs. When I was in need of a new roof due to damages, he went to bat for me with the insurance company and made things happen when other roofing contractors could not. He took the time to meet with the insurance company’s adjuster/estimator and provided me the best options to resolve my specific needs. I highly recommend Joel and his team at Qualified Roofing.

I reached out on the internet on a Saturday. I did not expect to hear from anyone until the next week but received a call that afternoon. We talked through our project to install snow stoppers on our newly constructed building. By sharing the dimensions of our building and pictures I was was able to get a quote the same day. The work was then completed the following week. Great customer service and communication. We were not able to be on site for installation so they sent me pictures so we could see the progress. Thank you for all your help to finish our project.

Joel is great! They did some repair on my roof and came in with a great price. When I thought I had a problem, he even swung by and took a look with no charge.

They made the repairs to my roof the same day I called them. The guys answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves and were done in record time.
