Absolutely as painless as it could be--for getting nearly all windows replaced in our home. From the insurance part, to choosing the new windows, to the installation scheduling, to the installation itself (went incredibly quickly yet professionally) and the final touches and trim, it was truly remarkable how little disruption this cause and how good it looks.

Great work by the entire Pure Home Restoration team. Strong start with Joshua guiding us through the process. The crews worked hard and efficiently and the clean up was stellar. After the roof install we requested a siding quote and used them once again. The siding project was great as well and we are very happy with the results. The envelope of our house looks like new. Once again, Josh was great and Andrew (the project supervisor on both projects) was there at the start, supervising along the way, and inspecting upon completion. The crew showed up on time and worked hard throughout. We definitely recommend Pure Home Restoration and would use them again.

I have used Pure Home Restoration for my last two full roof replacement jobs. Don helped me battle with my insurance company to maximize my claim and made the paperwork very seamless. The roofing crew is as equally professional and left my home spotless after completing the roof replacement. Pure Home Restoration is Highly recommend in the crowed field of suspect roofing companies.

I cannot recommend Pure Home Restoration more. They exceeded all expectations. The workmanship was meticulous and clean. They helped get our full reimbursement from our insurance company. No need to look elsewhere.

The entire crew at Pure Home Restoration is fantastic. From our initial conversations about potential damage with Jeff to project completion I was very impressed. Our claim wasn't an easy one, but the folks at Pure Home made it happen! They fought for us-guided how to navigate the frustrations and hoops that the insurance company forced us to jump through. In the end it was WELL worth our time, especially considering the team at Pure Home did all the heavy lifting! We went from insurance not wanting to cover more than a few shingles to a new roof and almost all new windows on our home! The quality of work was top notch, the products used were phenomenal! We will be using Pure Home again, so thankful for this local company.

Pure Home Restoration did a great job working with our insurance provider to cover the replacement of our roof and all of our windows and a sliding glass door that had hail damage. And our out-of-pocket costs were kept to a minimum. Their employee, Luke K. did a great job throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with all the communication between the installers and our insurance provider. I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience from working with my sales consultant Josh T. to the crew doing the actual installation and the front office people. Josh was more than willing to help me fight when my initial storm claim wasn’t going to cover the new roof. And thankfully we ended up lucking out with a second storm - but he was ready and willing to help me fight or weigh my options had we needed to. I felt well informed to make my decisions and was able to get my upgrades at a great price. Would definitely recommend for any roof and gutter needs.

Pure Home Restoration replaced siding and gutters on our home which really needed an update and some repairs. They listened, were very patient, and professional during the planning stage. Don guided us through what we thought were all the hard decisions that stressed us out. Once we were ready and had made up our minds it was all business. The project was quickly started and completed with high quality work and care. Of course unforeseen minor issues were identified by the team. Plans for the issues were presented and fixes were made as soon as the weather allowed. The communication was very good and there just wasn't any reason to worry anymore. The house looks so much better then I was hoping for. I think the best decision we made was choosing and trusting Pure Home Restoration for our project.

Pure Home Restoration recently replaced the siding on both my home and garage, and this is a company that does things RIGHT. From the first consultation call and meeting with Luke, I felt listened to and taken seriously. No sales games. No ego. No patronizing explanations. Just straight, honest information and a clear plan — which matters when you’re handling a project of this scale on your own. They were also incredibly patient with my timeline needs, adjusting without hesitation and never making me feel rushed. That level of respect and flexibility is rare. Demo and install days were seamless thanks to Andrew, my project manager, who kept everything dialed in and running smoothly. The build crew showed up on time, worked with real precision, and treated my property with care. Their craftsmanship is rock-solid — they don’t cut corners, and it shows. The new siding looks fantastic, and the entire experience was genuinely stress-free. If you want a team that respects you, respects your home, and delivers the quality they promise, hire Pure Home Restoration. You can trust them — I did, and they exceeded every expectation. Five stars.
