  8/4/26 I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel it’s important to share. I chose Good To Go Gutters not once, but twice. They installed gutters on my home in Shakopee several years ago, and when we built our new home last year, I had several gutter companies knocking on our door and leaving flyers throughout the neighborhood. Despite having plenty of options, I chose Good To Go Gutters again because I had a positive experience the first time. Unfortunately, the customer service after the installation has been extremely disappointing. This past winter, I noticed one of the gutters leaking over our driveway, creating an icy and potentially hazardous area. On January 3, I emailed Dan with photos, asking whether it was something they could address immediately or if it needed to wait until spring. I never received a response. On June 8, I called Dan to follow up about the leak and another question regarding a downspout. I offered to send pictures, and he told me he would look into it. Later that day, I sent multiple photos along with a detailed text explaining the issue. I didn’t hear anything until June 19, when I received a brief text saying someone would come look at it. No one ever contacted me, and I never saw anyone come to the house. I followed up again on June 29 and received no response. After reaching out once more on July 20, Dan replied that he thought someone had already stopped by. At that point, after nearly seven months of trying to get help, I decided I would just deal with the leak myself and hire another company to answer my questions and make the repairs. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was a repeat customer. I trusted this company enough to hire them for two different homes, left positive reviews after both installations, recommended them to several neighbors, and even had one of my neighbors use them based on my recommendation.   Had to gutter installed back in 2021 by good to go construction. Great service so no problem there. Called several times, left voice mails and texted due to gutter and downspouts issue which is covered under their warranty. Got a couple of response and now at this point not responsive. I feel like I have to chase them down to get a response. Quick to take my money, but don’t stand behind their product. Leaving this negative review and probably the only time this company is gonna reasoned back.

  2nd UPDATE: Left us with the damage for us to fix and has not responded since. 1st UPDATE: Thank you for getting back to me. Happy to change the review by fixing the issue. Haven’t received additional follow up responses yet and we’d like to close this out. It has been weeks since second round attempting to get someone to call back. Still no answer or callback to address an issue with gutters installed.

  Had good to go gutter install screens and ad gutters to our house and sunroom they leak and are destroying our deck and pergola. Have had them out to fix paid them more and still leak. They will not return our calls?

  I needed gutters installed asap on our home as soon as we closed on it because of basement water issues. I called this company and was told they would prioritize the job because of the water problems the house already had. I was so pleasantly surprised when the owner called me and said he wanted to be sure to take care of this himself because he understood the importance and urgency of the job. This was the first gutter company I had spoken to that put my mind at ease. They knew our closing date and I felt very reassured after speaking to the owner. He let me know he would send me an estimate quickly. After a couple of days, I texted him and received no response. Texted again and received an apology for the delay. At this point, I was beyond stress and annoyed. I was simply looking for a company that would be responsive, reliable, and respectful. Pretty hard to come by these days sadly. I was told I was tentatively on their schedule for our closing date (which wasn’t very reassuring). Fast forward, the day before our closing, I texted the owner to ask what time I could expect them to come out the next day. I was told they were on a job that day and the following Monday. He let me know they’d get to them Tuesday. Extremely annoyed and went with a different gutter company based off of them actually responding to me, prioritizing my gutter needs, and better pricing. Extremely disappointed because if I had left a review after initially talking to the owner, it would have been 5 stars. I planned on recommending these guys to everyone. Not anymore.

  Had Good to Go Construction install new seamless gutters, soffit, and fascia. Could not possibly be happier with the result, absolutely flawless. Dan, Dave, and Bob were true professionals. Very friendly and extremely easy to work with. Will definitely be going through them for future projects.

  If ya want quality work, a father and two sons that are local, dependable ya gotta go with these guys. Did everything they said and ended up with a very nice clean job and they’ll even have a beer with ya when there finished. Would definitely recommend them.

  Came and quoted the roof and installed all within 2 weeks, considering the cold weather this was very fast. Also fixed a problem on our roof being very noisy in the wind for free. Was happy with the price and very happy with the work conducted
