  After a visit from Miles 3 weeks ago, I have still not heard a word regarding my shingle/roof replacement due to hail damage. William, Miles's manager, was supposed to call back within the day, 48 hours later, there was still no call. Horrible service from the field team. Would not recommend this company.

  Terrible, they lied to us from day one. Kept telling us they would be there this day never show up, put a hole thru the roof then preceded to fix it with a 1/4 in plywood and didn't even tell me. Plus they were suppose to replace a vent and never did.now almost a year later we have been complaining this whole time ,they finally come out brought some material and left said they would be back on Monday. No show no call and that was 3 weeks ago . The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not recommend at all!

  When dealing with Omega and Insurance claims, do not use Omega. They refused to give us a quote for a new roof and siding. It's good business to always give a quote when asked for one. I don't recommend Omega.

  We called This Company in 2022 to have gutters installed on our house because they had great reviews.. but They took forever to get the job to get done. because we were not on the top of the list for any priority because we’re not a big job worth their time, this guy named Charles had me file a claim with our insurance company, thinking that there would be damage on our roof for all the hail damages around the county/city. He said he would fight for me with our insurance company to get us a new roof and failed miserably!! he also told me that he knew our insurance company at the time was gonna raise the rates. The in reality is when you file a claim for “damages” on roof or siding rates automatically go up once that claim is filed regardless of repairs are done or not, at the time of renewal. our rates went up! So for them taking too long that caused our new paver patio to sink because of the rain.I do not recommend this company they could care less. and of course they’re going to do a “great job on a new roof that’s fully covered with insurance. that’s gonna be worth their time. I even told Charles to tell the owner to stop by and say hi so I can meet him..he didn’t want to. He was too busy going to “another job” nearby. He literally just passed by in his truck by my house that day charles was doing the inspection🤦🏽‍♂️ stay away from them guys there’s other roofing companies.. also, do not put their signs up on your property until your job is complete and you’re fully satisfied. I would wait on the reviews until the whole transaction is complete. Otherwise you’re giving them credit for something that’s not even done yet.

  I had a great experience with Omega Exteriors, and I especially want to recognize Ian Smith for the excellent job he did on my roofing repair. Ian was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure the work was done properly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and paid close attention to the details. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. It’s clear that Ian takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is satisfied

  I am extremly satisfied with the service I recieved from Ian and Alec on my project. I was hit by lightining on the early morning of June 11th. We had used Ian on a previous storm incident for our roof. We were extremly happy with that job, so when this happened I called Ian asap. I was very happy that they could get to me as quickly as they did. Our home is now done,and looks like a whole new home. I will recomend them to anyone.

  Ian was a huge help to my in-laws as they prepared to sell their home in Minnesota. He took the time to come out, inspect everything thoroughly, and clearly explain what repairs and tune-ups were actually needed. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he focused on the items that would make the biggest difference for getting the house ready for the market. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help save them money really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who puts the customer’s best interests first. If you’re looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Ian Smith and Omega Exteriors.

  State Farm approved our roof and gutters after the hail storm but initially denied full siding. William at Omega Exteriors stepped in, handled the process, and got everything fully approved. Insurance claims can be a headache — having someone experienced on your side makes all the difference. Highly recommend. Before and after photo’s

  Working with Omega Exteriors was such an easy process. William handled everything, and I mainly got to focus on choosing colors and the final look. He made it simple and helped us pick something that turned out amazing. We love how our home looks now!
