  I live in an association and this company put a lien on my townhome because they are waiting for payment from the association. They put a lien on the association as well. I understand they want their money but I am paid in full. I was in the process of selling my townhome and had a buyer and.closing date. Unfortunately, title companies won't give a mortgage if a place has a lien. This is a financial burden for me because now I am forced to stay here until the association and this company figure it out. Yet, I AM PAID IN FULL! This is terrible.

As you acknowledge, Crest was hired by your homeowner association to perform a project related to the roofs in the community and you are not a customer of Crest. The project performed for your homeowner association was performed properly and pursuant to the contract entered into by your homeowner association. It is very unfortunate that your homeowner association charged you for the project but did not pay Crest pursuant to the contract. If you have questions or concerns, you should contact your homeowner association Board of Directors who are responsible for your circumstance.

  It was nice of them to put the wrong date on the notice that they were going to be working on our roof. Showed up a day early the wife and I work overnight shifts and have high stress jobs that require high attention to detail in which if mistakes are made people will die. Spoke to the project manager who just randomly decided to start a day early with no notifications. Said he knocked on my door which he didn't because if he did my dogs would have lost their minds. They started roofing and hurling shingles off of the house with our cars parked in the driveway. Completely unacceptable customer service. It's extremely windy today nails are blowing all over the road. So expect a bill if I picked up a couple nails in my tires. ********************************************** Update 4-27-24 Update about a week has gone by every single one of the neighbors in my neighborhood is frustrated due to the amount of nails we have found laying in the street. The project manager denies they are there but every single neighbor that had their roofs done have loose nails laying on their roofs which have now blown off and are in the yards. I spoke with one neighbor who showed me the hand full of nails that he pulled from his yard. Can't wait for the nails to go flying at mach Jesus through my siding and vehicles when they start mowing the lawns in a few weeks. See attached photos with your own eyes. I pulled the handful of nails out of the street. Negligence is not a good business practice. If I could give this company a zero star I would. These clowns have no idea what their doing. Unfortunately our HOA chose them which they will probably will not doing again in the future. If you're going to send a ridiculous 5k bill to send to our insurance, pick up your nails so I'd not have to worry about pulling them out of my feet or tires or having one of our dogs swallow one. 5 stars in Negligence 5 stars in irresponsibility. On another note some of our neighbors get 5 gallon water jugs deli

  We apologize you had an inconvenience, weather is very challenging and time frames very hard to reach in Minnesota with such a short season to be able to do large roofing projects.

  Did such a poor job on replacing our roof shingles and windows in our cul de sac. Left nails EVERYWHERE. Picked up almost 50 just in our little area. Windows aren't sealed, we've had issues with them latching closed again. Used cheap materials, and really bad craftsmanship, awful clean up. We're EXTREMELY disappointed. 9/18/20 Edit: this company is now saying its been over a year when these windows were installed when it happened in November last year, not a whole year has passed. Good try. The roofing happened in August, the windows didn't happen until NOVEMBER when this company said it'd be done in SEPTEMBER. We've had ALL these issues within 6 months after the window install. The installation team also continuously knocked our heat tape off the roof and STILL hasn't come back to correctly repair it. We gave up trying to contact this company to fix their mistakes after they came out and did nothing to fix them, don't even bother trying to say your customers are in the wrong. You did a bad job, own up to it. I feel a BBB call might be necessary now.

  Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the work that was done. Upon looking into this, I see that our company was hired by your homeowners association to reroof and window your entire community OVER a year ago. All of the work done was permitted, inspected, and approved. This includes craftsmanship and materials. I see that there was an issue reported with one of your windows, which we quickly returned and repaired. Aside from that, we have no record of any other complaints, and would encourage you to contact your association promptly next time if there is a problem instead of waiting over a year to reach out. Edit 9/18/20 I am reviewing the contracts from the job that we did for your association, and referencing the dates attached to the contracts and permits. Since the association was who our contract was with, and we have NO record of you as a customer, it is a little odd that you are leaving a review at all. Especially when nothing was ever brought up at the time of job completion. I would recommend reaching out to you association if you need anything repaired so they can let us know. We have worked closely with your management company for several years, and warranty most of our work.

  Do not use these unprofessional people, destroyed our outside setting property while in our townhouse group clearing ice off the roofs. Pushed ice onto other roofs and left it, block pathways leaving a mess for others to clean up, broke drains, smashed light fixtures and no contact since this occurred

  They were recommended by a neighbor so I called them. They came out measured up my house before labor day weekend and said they would give me a price the week after labor day. I have spoken with them twice and both times they have said I would get a price the next day they failed to deliver. I could only wonder what you would have to go through if you had a problem with their products or installation if its this hard just to get a price.

  This company is full of talented young men and women! Smart , kind , neat , professional, timely and full of idea’s! We are completing several projects after water damage : roof, siding , windows , gutters, doors , garage doors , 4 season porch addition , bathroom addition , bathroom remodel and added laundry to our upper level. ( prob some other things I have forgotten !). Shout out to Brandon, Ryan, Matt, Cole and especially Scott the master scheduler. Thank you!!! You guys are the best !

  I recently had Crest Exteriors replace a patio door and a couple windows in my condo. From the initial contact all the way through project completion, they've been great to work with! I had to work from home while they were doing work here, and I enjoyed interacting with the crew and listening as they figured things out and worked to get the job done. There was a little bit of problem solving that popped up in this job, and they figured it all out professionally and creatively, on time, and on budget. They took care of both the property and my unit and left everything in good condition. Pricing was also reasonable compared to other estimates I got. Crest Exteriors came highly recommended to me by our property management company, and I echo their recommendation. These guys are great at what they do and they're genuinely nice to work with. I definitely recommend contacting Crest Exteriors for your upcoming projects!

  We had significant hail damage to our new home. Crest came out, and did an outstanding job. We had siding, roof and gutters replaced. It was seamless. We were the 1st house in our large neighborhood completed. And it looks amazing!!!
