I am sorry that you had a poor experience at our office the other day. I spoke with Veronica about the issue and really it was my fault because I failed to inform her that someone would be coming in to fill out an application and she was caught off guard. All of our crews have been working with us for 15+ years. Our installers are the backbone of our company and we would not have had the great success we had over the years without them so we treat them accordingly. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication on my part and for your poor experience, but the issue has been addressed, and you can call my personal number at 281-797-0240 if you would like to discuss further
