  We were getting hammered by call centers for roofers trying to come see our roof. Yosam (sincere apologies if I got it wrong which I probably did) came out and gave me a third party QR code on roofing FYI and FAQs. He explained very well, advised they’re based out of Naperville and did not take up my time. He had Dan come out within 30 minutes. Dan came and inspected the roof (got up there with a ladder and walked it completely) and our siding. He explained our roof, vents and skylights were hit but no damage was done and everything was actually in really good condition still. Our siding had some damage but it was only cosmetic (paint). He didn’t try to sell us anything, just provide an honest and legitimate inspection with pictures that backed what he said. Definitely feel good knowing it was inspected legitimately and correctly. The companies Illinois Roofers License starting with #104 which checked out legitimately as well. (You never know these days). We will definitely keep this companies contact info when any future storms happen and call them first. It means a lot to have a reputable, real, state licensed exterior company/contractor treat consumers this way, have information ready and follows the law. We’ll be in touch! Thank you!

  What an honest company! George Ristic was repairing my neighbors home and offered us a free inspection which was great to hear! Once completed, he actually told us our roof was in good condition. PRQ (George) thank you for your time and honesty and we will always recommend you

  I had a free roof inspection with George from PRQ Exteriors, and I have to say how impressed I was with his honesty, professionalism, and thoroughness. My roof is over 23 years old with 30-year shingles, and instead of trying to sell me a new roof, George told me it was still in very good condition. He identified only two areas where the shingles needed to be resealed, and one of those areas was the source of the leak I've been trying to track down. I had two other roof inspections in the past, and neither company was able to pinpoint the cause of the leak. Instead, both focused on trying to sell me a new roof and encouraged me to file an insurance claim for alleged hail damage. I even moved forward with one of those companies, but my insurance company denied the claim because there wasn't sufficient hail damage to justify a roof replacement. George's honesty and expertise were a breath of fresh air. It's rare to find someone who prioritizes doing what's right for the customer instead of making a sale. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend PRQ Exteriors to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

  Dan and Aaron stop by. Dan gave me a piece of mind and made sure our roof was still in good condition. I appreciate the honest and attention to detail of the inspection. I would move forward with them if the inspection came back with damage. I would highly recommend them
