The owner of was beyond disrespectful. DONT GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The owners name Is Ashley. I don’t know how a child like herself can keep a business open acting like that! You’re welcome I just saved everyone from going through this company. If I could give her zero stars I would.

I worked with Jared at ProTech in order to get spray foam insulation installed in our home. Unfortunately, we ran into several problems and lots of man hours on my side to fix their poor quality of insulation. First they did not cover everything as they said they would, They spray foam outside against my rafter, sprayed the floor of my house, the ktichen mats, one of the bar stools, and then sprayed foam into our Laundry room covering our brand new washer and dryer, also got out clothes and towels. They attempted to get the foam off the washer and dryer without leaving marks but unsuccessful, we had to throw away our clothes and still using a bar stool with spray foam on it. After going through and renovated an entire home this is the last thing I wanted. While putting the ceiling tongue and groove planks up, I have had to cut out spraf foam as it hangs below the rafters which I asked them to make sure did not happen. So I had to go out and purchase my own special saw and have spent hours removing spray foam that was sprayed below the rafters. In addition to that while stapling up plastic they hit one of the wires being run through the house. I had to get my electrician to come and fix the wiring and re run a new wire and instead of going through the ceiling we had to go under the house which I had to pay the electrician for his time. The price was good, but quality and attention to detail were horrible, which ended up costing me big later on. I do not recommend.

I recently had Protech Roofing blow insulation into my attic. They spent about 3 hours and left without a trace. No mess. I can also say that anyone who has an attic should get insulation as it makes a noticeable difference. I will use AC less often now and when I do, it wont use as much energy. My ceiling was hot during the day before and now it feels very cool. Full disclosure, I worked with Protech on a large commercial project for my day job and they also were very efficient and communicated well which is why I trusted them to help with my personal home.

I highly recommend Protech roofing and insulation. The company is efficient, responsive, and very reasonable compared to other quotes from various companies. The staff were professional and exemplary at all times. I will recommend this specific company to my family, friends, and colleagues. Job well done Protech!---Erik Vincent

Protech Roofing is the best roofing company serving Honolulu. I waited to no avail for 3 other roofing companies that did not return my calls even as courtesy if they did not have time to do the job. Protech Roofing responded promptly, came to inspect my roof, scheduled and completed the job ahead of time. Now, that is what you call an excellent service! Thank you Protech Roofing.

ProTech Roofing, LLC Is a highly professional and outstanding company. They completed the re-roofing of my Monier tile roof with a new tile roof and the reinstallation of solar panels in an outstanding manner. My thanks to Jared Cristologo and the entire team for the excellent and high quality work. I highly recommend them for future work.

From initial estimate through completion, ProTech provided exemplary service! Jared Crisologo, Project Manager, answered all our questions promptly and completely. His crew always arrived on time and, despite the heavy rains almost every other day, we're able to complete the job in five days. They also did a great job of clearing out all the debris from the project, even running magnets over the lawn to catch any stray nails. We would highly recommend ProTech for your roofing needs!

Setting an appointment for a roof replacement was a breeze. Jared came up the day I called for an estimate for the job. He came up with a fair estimate and set up a time for them to start. Early the next week, his men were at the house stripping off and replacing the roof. The workers were very professional and punctual. No time was wasted so the job was finished within the time frame, 3 days. The second day of work, the owner, Charlie came up to check on the job. That bit of attention was very reassuring to me. It showed that the company cared about its work and its customers. I would recommend Protech Roofing with no hesitation.
