There are several different entities working with First Class Roofing, I have 42 panels belonging to two different companies 15 panels approved for this company to remove along with 2 solar water heater panels and my gutters to be removed & replaced. The day of solar panel removal Sunrun canceled my removal without confirming with me till mid August. I nearly lost my mind, thank God for Chris the sales rep for First Class Roofing who talked to Sunrun to bypass protocols and allow Manny their guy to remove the the 27 panels. Manny and his crew we amazing as well. The next morning Brian and his crew wasted no time, as soon as we moved our vehicles, they were removing the old shingles. Talk about amazing, they had everything removed and replaced before noon. Honestly, I am blown away at the speed and quality of work. I left to run an errand thinking I would be back before they left but got a call from Brian they were done and heading out. The area was cleaned, you would not have known anyone worked in the area. Mahalo for an awesome experience First Class Roofing LLC!

We had First Class Roofing redo our roof that was damaged from the April storm that ravaged the Hawaiian Islands. We were very pleased with John and his crew on the outstanding service they have provided. John went above and beyond with his expertise on dealing with our Insurance claims agents and providing us with guidance and information that made it comforting for us. We appreciated John’s communication, patience and understanding as this is the first time going through this. Highly recommend First Class Roofing for all your Roofing needs! Mahalo John🤙🏽🤙🏽

First class roofing was fantastic, John and his crew was incredible, hard working. Giuseppe was a pleasure to work with. I initially called First class for a leak I had on the lower flat roof. After Giuseppe addressed my initial concern he checked the 2nd story and discovered significant wind damage. I trusted Giuseppe to help me file a claim and advocate on my behalf. To my surprise, he successfully negotiated a full replacement and now I have a new roof along with my repair for the lower roof! I would recommend them to others thank you to all that made this possible .

Bryan and his team are dependable, friendly and knowledgeable. All work finished on time and within estimate. First Class Roofing honored the initial estimate even after recommending superior materials (metal versus shingle) suitable for our rainy location. Zero shortcuts. 100% integrity. This is a local family business that earned my trust. I was so impressed, used them on 2 roof projects, and highly recommend using them for any roof construction or repair project you may have. Exceeded all expectations!!

First of all, if you’re looking for a perfect solution to your leaking roof or roof replacement, look no further than Bryan and his crew at First Class Roofing Company. Two weeks ago, me and my wife discovered that our ceiling had a leak. We were so worried considering the storm is coming through Oahu. We were blessed to found First Class Roofing company. I contacted Bryan to have a quote or estimate for our roof and told him that we really needed a roof replacement. Despite his busy schedule, Bryan immediately came to our house and did the survey. To be honest, I wanted at least 1 more contractor to come out and make our decision from there, but after speaking with Bryan, it was clear who we were going with. Bryan showed empathy to our situation. Bryan not only gave us a fair price but he also came in clutch and made his crew come out couple days earlier before our schedule roof replacement day just for us to not worry about our roof leaking before the Kona Storm. Mahalo Nui Loa Bryan and to your awesome crew. Me and my wife were overwhelmed on how punctual, professional, honest, and with great workmanship Bryan’s crew work. I am extremely pleased with the excellent job that Bryan and his crew did on the removal of our entire roof and installation of the new shingles. With all honesty and sincerity, I highly recommend First Class Roofing Company to anyone in need of any roofing business. If I can give 10 stars in this review I would. May God blessed your company Bryan and continue doing what you do best in helping others through best quality of work, honesty, fairness, professionalism, and punctuality. Again, Aloha and Mahalo.

Very happy and glad that I chose First Class Roofing. Brian and his team did an awesome job.First off, I did have 5 proposals and inspections done from reputable roofing companies after checking and reading reviews, and backgrounds from the BBB and the State Business offices. I was quickly able to narrow it down to two perspective companies. Both offered what I was looking for in my roofing job. But, I found that Brian was very responsive to my questions and follow up phone calls and willing to go the extra in helping accomplish my goals for our roof. Timing was important due to solar installation. He explained thoroughly what they would do and the materials they would use. He also addressed a main concern of mine of a leaking area right over our porch and how it would be resolved. Our prior roofing company never fixed or repaired it properly after 3 times which created a safety hazard when ever it rained. No leaks now and looks clean and solid. They also use Malarkey shingles which I did want after doing some clicking and research on various websites. I chose the Highlander shingle in the Ivory Mist color due to its solar reflectance and that it meets Cool Roof requirements. And with the installation of roof vents, we are able to tell the difference in temperature on those hot-humid days. We don't have to use the AC as often, but when we do, the house cools down faster. On the first day of the job, the foreman showed up early and I had a nice conversation with him as he explained what would be happening during the next two days. The whole crew were very friendly, respectable, and friendly. They worked nonstop removing my old roof and prepping the way for the new installation. On the flat roof area, it was planned to be silicone coated and proper preparation is very important for a good seal. I was impressed by how thorough they were. They had put sheet plastic around the whole house to catch any debris and protect our walkways and plants. At the end of the day they

I seldom give feedback unless service was bad or in this case, EXCEPTIONAL. From Bryan to Richard on the job, everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgably. Everyone arrived before 8am and cleaned up at the end of each day. Oh yes, the job looked great, too. Thank you Bryan and First Class Roofing.

Bryan and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my wood rot fascia, adding drip edges all around, and replacing my much needed roof. The crew did a sensational job and Bryan made sure it was an A+ finish! It sure was a First Class experience from start to finish and I highly recommend First Class Roofing.

Fantastic experience with Bryan and his team. Price was significantly better than several other quotes I received from some “big name” roofing companies on Oahu. I was scheduled quickly, got lots of updates throughout the process. The team showed up on time, worked hard all day, and replaced my 45 year old composite shake roof with new aluminum shakes in 2 days total. I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors.

Bryan is busy for a reason—he’s that good. He’s meticulous, professional, and takes pride in his work. I was dealing with a stubborn roof leak that both I and the previous homeowner had tried to fix with sealants, but nothing ever held up. Bryan came out, assessed the situation, and found a workable, lasting solution. He even followed up twice after the job was done, just to check how everything was going. That’s the kind of customer service you rarely see, especially from someone who’s clearly in high demand. Highly recommend.

Working with First Class Roofing was easy, quick, and great pricing… overall truly professional. Met with the owner Dugan, he came out to our house overlooked the job and with in a day gave me a proposal, looked at the break down and set a date. Dugan set up the deliveries for the material and trash bin. His guys bang out our roof in 1 day , and at the end of the day his crew went around and cleaned up all of the excess rubbish while Dugan showed me the finish work with his drone. Overall, I highly recommend them, nothing but First Class from start to finish… Much mahalos to Dugan and the First Class Roofing crew.
