  Was so hoping our experience was going to be great based off of the reviews, but it unfortunately was not. At first contact the team was very attentive, but after our insurance company said that it was a patch job and not a full roof replacement we were ghosted by our main point of contact at True Home. I called several times, texted, and emailed with no response over 3 weeks. I still wanted to work with True Home due to the reviews, so I called the main company line who were polite and said our contact would call us that day. After two days of no contact I did reach back out to the main contact who picked up the phone and promised me a quote. Since that phone call it has been radio silence again so we went with another company.

  So sad we hired this company for 2 jobs! Today hired them for a 3rd job, I left this morning came home my heart was broken, my dad had planted 3 hibiscus trees before he passed the trees are ruined.

  Firstly, I want to express that your experience is completely out of character for what our company stands for, and I am sorry that we were not able to provide the level of service that we pride ourselves on. After speaking with your niece and auntie (Karla), who is not the contracted client, I understand that you were unhappy with the way that our team handled the situation with your hibiscus plants. I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused you. I want to assure you that we take all customer feedback seriously and strive to learn from our mistakes and take responsibility for any errors we cause. I must mention that we were faced with a difficult situation, as the roof in question is steep and shingles had slid off, landing in the plants below. Our team had to use a ladder to access a small undershot, and while we understand that leaning the ladder into the plants was not ideal, we were unable to find another way to access the roof safely. That being said, I understand that you were upset with the situation, and I am sorry that we were not able to console your unhappiness. I wish that I could post photos of the situation to better explain the challenges that we faced, but I hope you can understand that our team was doing their best to resolve the issue. I also want to address your concern about the plants. While I believe that they will survive, I understand that your father's trees are irreplaceable and hold sentimental value. I want to apologize for any distress that this situation may have caused you and hope that you can find peace. Lastly, I want to apologize for any rudeness or disrespect that you may have experienced during your interactions with our team.   They were very unprofessional. They were the worst roofing co I ever delt with. Left me a mess to clean up damaged sides of my roof and never came back to fix it even though I sent pictures and all and then on top of it they try to add on thousands and thousands of dollars more than my roof cost. Unbelievable,as white as they come. The guys who were working on the roof were all good, respectful and worked hard, even when the materials they needed were not at the job site for them. It's there bosses that need a tune up.

In any case our reputation means a lot to us and I would be happy if I could find out what happened and make changes so that it never happens again. Aloha For the record the review now has been edited with more of the story. 7.24 almost two months ish later. Again, not sure of you actual name cause we don’t have you as a client, so I can’t validate anything that went down. White as the come in these PC times is really not how you should approach things. Hiding behind fake names and simply reviewing the company poorly when I personally offered to get my tune up face to face and hear you out and do what I can as the owner to help. Can’t even go back and find out who you worked with cause if my project managers are acting white (again super offensive) then I would like to give them a tune. Feel me. It’s unfortunate when folks offer help and people would rather live in the problem. Can’t please em all I understand but will truly try! My email is above when your ready to actually talk.

  My experience with ProBuilt's help with gutter installation is a solid 5. Nicholas and his team were super helpful and I’m very happy with the end product. I’d be happy to book ProBuilt again in the future if there are other projects that the home needs.

  Pro Built added a gutter system to our home, which didn’t have any gutters before, and we had a great experience. I worked with Nicholas, who was was very on top of communication — he always got back to me quickly, even around the holidays. The job was completed in just one day. Definitely recommend their work.

  ProBuilt Hawaii Roofing & Raingutter’s did an excellent job on our roof. Their crew were on time to start the process and finished as expected on schedule. Our neighbors commented that the worker’s were not overly noisy but actually were “in and out” almost unnoticeably. What was noticeable is their work. High quality and Very clean workmanship. Courteous , professional and yet friendly crew while performing their duties. The “mess left behind” was also noticed to be very minimal and of light debris. This is exceptional as my neighbors shared their experience of still finding staples, nails and related debris after several years. One neighbor commented finding the cut singles (leftover) in their gutters or spouts. This was NOT the case with ProBuilt Hawaii. So, if you’re looking for a Roofing Company to do a quality and professional work, consider ProBuilt Hawaii.

  Mr. Nick Jones from “True Home Hawaii Roofing” did an awesome job with helping me repair my roof. He gave me excellent advice on how the roofing repair process would go from start to finish. From working with your contractor’s administrative point of contact for HOA approval to roof material, design and quality, solar panel removal and reinstallation, all the way to the crew’s responsibility on the job site and workmen-ship warranty after the roof repairs are complete. His knowledge and experience in the roofing industry proved to be paramount toward making me feel confident that the repairs on my roof would be done right; ensuring me that as a homeowner my most valuable asset would be protected the right way.   True Home was upfront and honest about the entire process. The entire team was professional and polite. The roofing crew cleaned up really well after the job. The entire experience was amazing. I recommend them to everyone that has roofing needs.
