They did an entire roof replacement, including eaves and soffits for my house in 2022. The work was efficient and they were done same day. Now just under four years later and my roof is leaking in the same spot that it leaked prior to the …

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback-we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We just want to clarify that when we were notified of the concern, our team attended the property promptly and addressed it at no cost, even though the issue was related to the siding rather than the roofing work completed. Ensuring our clients are taken care of is always our priority. If there's anything further you'd like us to review, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly-we're always happy to help. I don't have a good experience with Profile Roofing, they made a lot of promises but not everything was fulfilled, I never received the GAF certificate as they promised. Some of the work was done with a very low quality finish. They …

Before they were here our back porch roof did not leak. Neither did our eves. After they were done our back porch roof now leaks in not one but five different places. Our new eves also leaks in one place. They did come back and attempted to fix it with no improvement. After multiple calls and arguments with the owner Jeff they are now refusing to do anything else to fix the many issues. There last effort wich was not discussed with us had it been I would never have agreed to do it was to poor tar on top of the new shingles. Not only dose this look absolutely terrible it didn't work either. Our roof still leaks. Also the down spouts were anchord in only one place and they were left loose. When I questioned Jeff about this he tried to assure me that only one anchor point was required. However looking at all my nebours homes and any other home anywhere I fail to find any example that has only one anchor point all have two or more.

Too be honest I clicked on Profile roofing in error when I went to call a company we used before when we suddenly had a ceiling leak from one of our floor roofs. They were out at our house within 20 min of my initial call to check out the problem. They arrived a few days later as promised and completed the job quickly. They also came back for a follow up visit to make sure we were pleased with their work. I was a little nervous with my error initially but they were professional, friendly, reasonably priced, quick and held up to their time lines as promised. Would book them again.

Had Profile Roofing in August 2022 the slant back roof vents are only exposed half the way. For the last two years(winters) I have had leaking into my home . Tried to call Arbnor Brahimi or his wife and no response. Not even sure if in business. Not much I can do as I never got the receipt as he was in a hurry to attend a game for his daughter said he would bring it too me, just like he said he would leave asphalt shingles and put my heating coil in place. none of this done .I guess I am too trusting or a fool. I would not hire this company. ......After posting this review Arbnor should up at my door. Explained where the roof was leaking and he replaced the flashing and added blue skin under siding....as well as fixing a hole near my garage as well as fixing the roof vents at the garage. I hope that this fixes the issue but will not know till winter. Thank-you for coming back

The crew did a great job on my flat roof pavilion. Elinda was super helpful in coordinating the work, and giving me a quick quote. Then Arbnor and team did an excellent job on the install day. Arbnor made good suggestions for use of a copper drain. The price quoted was fair. I would hire this team again for my roofing needs.

I chose these guys based on the Reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Professional, on-time and a very reasonable price. I had the roof done and the eavestroughs and it all looks amazing. So pleased I went with Profile! Arbnor was the best....such a great business and I was never talked into getting something I didn't need. Thanks again guys!!
