I called Professional Roofing Solutions when a recent storm left behind a leak! Mike quickly responded to my call, and found the issue was coming from underneath one of my solar panels. He said he would be happy to coordinate a visit to fix the problem once I got a solar panel specialist out to remove the panel. I secured a solar panel repairman and Mike took it from there! Within 48 hours of discovering the leak, it was fixed. The office staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Mike is an experienced roofer; he was able to quickly and accurately detect the problem, and make the repair. Customer service still exists!!

Professional Roofing Solutions was an amazing help to my Family and I. TLDR: Stephen and Mike are great at what they do and we will be using them for all roofing needs in the future! We were told by our insurance company that to keep coverage we needed a full replacement of our detached garage roof. Being told by insurance it needed to be done, we were on a tight timeline. We reached out on a Thursday for a quote and by Monday Stephen was there to inspect and give us a quote. Stephen took the time to explain the quote and what all the company was going to do on our roof. Once we were comfortable, Stephen was able to schedule us the same week on Thursday. Thursday morning the team showed up early and immediately got to work. They laid out tarps to keep the area around the garage clean and safe from nails. During the installation, I had to go to work and Stephen and Mike kept me up to date with progress and any issues they found with the existing roof. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service Stephen, Mike, and Amanda provided us. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family for any roofing needs!
