  this company is charging me with four sheets of plywood I did not agree to, and the company can only charge up to 3 sheets per their contract.

  This dude just walked all over my property without permission. Silver pickup truck moved my neighbors garbage can in front of my house and proceeded to the next house over. I don't know you, sir. You just trespassing

  Guy came out to give me an estimate to fix the leak in my roof. He provided me a few options and when I was ready to proceed with the work, I emailed and called them. Nothing, no response, just ghosted. Don't waste your time. They seem to hate money.

  Robert came to my house to do an estimate. He was very nice and quick gave me an estimate but it was not official. I waited for the official estimate and was ghosted. I never heard from them again. I called back 2 months later the lady on the phone said let me talk to Robert and call you back. Ghosted again never got a call back so I left it alone.

  Originally when I first approach this company, the representative Angel was nice and ask question about the roof type and style i want. And price was reasonable. I ordered the roof replacement work in April, and the work was completed in July. However, After a 2 months of chasing, I still haven't received the image verification of the work. I specifically mention to obtain images multiple times before I agree to go with First Quality Roofing. However till now, still have no response. I have also called multiple times and still haven't obtained all the roof images I want either. How can I confirm the work is done and complete? Only thing I can reach so far is the receptionist which doesn't transfer any call or call back.. Useless unfortunately. I am frustrated .. Be careful everyone.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  horrible job! they charged me full price, did not finish the job and tried to argue with me about it. the worst part is the manager does not even know the names of the parts of the roof.

Two days after receiving your phone call on March 13, 2022, a member from our team went out to your property and verified all the work had been completed as stated in the contract. Thank you.

  The roof replacement itself was done well. The crew from First Quality Roofing was hard working and the job was completed efficiently. The finished product looks great. I felt confident in the quality of the work and greatly appreciated the detailed estimate and warranty provided. The administrative side left a lot to be desired. After paying the company in full, I received a pre-lien notice from one of their suppliers, which was unexpected and concerning. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure that vendor was paid and to obtain the appropriate lien release to protect my property. To their credit, the office eventually resolved the issue and sent the necessary documentation, but only after persistent follow-up on our end. Homeowners should not be left chasing down paperwork when they’ve already fulfilled their end of the contract. I’d recommend working with them, but would also advise anyone to stay on top of the paperwork and request lien waivers upfront prior to payment in full.

  Great Job! David and crew did a great job insulating my garage ceiling, left no mess when they were done. Professional and efficient, like they were never there. Highly recommend!

  Had a roof leak in a 15 x 20 area near an HVAC unit. Great service, great price, and obviously they did a GREAT job because we just had 4 days of rain and nothing is leaking. If needed, I’ll use them again.

  My roof is complicated -- it's large with many steep pitches, heavy cement tiles, two real chimneys, gables, etc. After 20+years, it was time to re-do it. Most of the tiles were fine, but the underlayment needed replacing and whatever else lurked underneath that. Got 3 estimates from 3 different companies, including First Quality Roofing. The 3 estimates were wildly different -- one was almost double the highest of the other other 2 estimates. Didn't know which company to go with, so I asked some of my local contractor friends, and they recommended First Quality Roofing. I'm glad I did. Great service. Quality work. They did a fantastic job. It has been almost 3 years now since they finished their work, and not a single complaint, no leaks, nothing -- even after all the recent heavy rain storms. I highly recommend this company. And no, I didn't go with the company that had submitted the hugely overinflated estimate! Kym Cushing

  I call First Quality Roofing every year to have my roof inspected for any damage. This year the roof needed some tiles replaced. As usual, the gentleman who came was very polite and did an excellent job!
