  I recently received a mailing from this company, so I decided to share a review. I am still shocked at all the positive reviews for this company because for me, it was one of the least pleasant home improvement experiences I have had across all spectrums of work that can be done on a house (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior, etc). The saddest part was that the owner of the company even conceded that the work was of poor quality and substandard, and did nothing to rectify the situation (price reduction, improve the poor work). He even blew me off when I discovered other issues after the work was "complete". On top of that, the employees that performed the work lacked the professionalism needed for the job. If this company is under new ownership, perhaps things have changed; if not, I wouldn't even hire them to clean my gutters.

  Professional Home Improvement came out to quote us for a new roof and siding from a friend referring them. From the very start, the communication, comfort with the process, and value were better than the other companies we evaluated. Our home in elmhurst looks incredible.   Professional and detailed work. Our new siding and soffits updated our home to give it a modern, clean and updated look. Multiple neighbors gave us compliments snd we couldnt be happier!

  We had Pat and his crews replace our roof, windows, siding, gutters & trim on our 75 yo house. From first visit in April to the finish in May, we are very pleased with the quality , value, speed and competence of this company . I’m happy to recommend Professional Home Improvement.

  We contacted Professional Home Improvement in response to a flyer hung on our door by Angel. Their website reviews were excellent, and we scheduled an inspection. Pat Harris, the public adjuster, came to our home, inspected, took photos, found hail damage to our roof and gutters, and patiently answered our many questions. He coordinated a second inspection with our State Farm Insurance company. The replacements were completed professionally in a timely manner, and we are very satisfied. We have referred friends to this company and especially appreciate Pat Harris's help and how smoothly the whole experience proceeded.

  Pat was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair price. Installers for our sliding glass door were fast, professional and did great work. I'll call Professional Home Improvement first for any on my exterior needs!

  We had a new roof installed and Matt our salesman was very informative and the installers were very good. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They finished it all in one day.

  PHI replaced out roof and James hardie siding in Schaumburg and everything turned out great! Great communication and no surprises. The crew was respectful of our space and cleaned up multiple times every day. I'd recommend using them.  Very reliable company for roofing and siding!!
