I love my new roof from Perry Family Roof Repair. After dealing with an older asphalt roof that wore out too fast, lost granules into the gutters, and started leaking, this new roofing system has been a huge improvement. My roof is not simple because it has 3 skylights, a solar tube, and several slopes and transition areas, but the whole job was handled very well. Samuel spent a long time carefully measuring everything and going over the different roof sections. He explained the roofing installation process in clear, simple terms and gave me a detailed estimate. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at all, which gave me time to look over my options and make the right choice for my home. During the roof installation, he stopped by more than once to check the crew’s work and make sure everything was moving along the right way. He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. I also liked the helpful advice about custom gutters that matched the new metal roof color and material, which made the finished look even better. I highly recommend them for roof replacement and related roofing work.

They were a real lifesaver and clearly know roofing inside and out. After I bought my home, I kept dealing with roof leaks several times a year, especially after strong storms and high winds. At one point, a few shingles even blew off and caused damage nearby. Another roofer had blamed the problem on the way the townhouse was positioned, but that never sounded right to me. When I finally got a different roofing crew to inspect it, Samuel quickly found the real issue. The shingles had been installed wrong, with the nails placed too high, so wind could easily pull them loose. Once conditions were right for the work, the crew came out and replaced the full roof system. Since then, I have not had any leaks or missing shingles, even after heavy rain and windy weather. They did a thorough job from start to finish, explained the roofing problem in simple terms, and made sure everything was installed the right way. The cleanup was also excellent, with no debris left behind. It did take a little longer than I expected to get the replacement scheduled because they stay busy, but the workmanship, communication, and final result made it completely worth the wait.

Perry Family Roof Repair truly lived up to the name. They really came through for us when we had several roof leaks going on for a long time and were not sure how to handle the repairs. I reached out, and Samuel quickly stepped in, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and helped us feel confident about moving forward. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was top notch. The communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and the whole crew was professional, dependable, and easy to work with. They did not just install a new roof, they gave us real peace of mind knowing our home is protected from rain, wind, and seasonal weather. What stood out even more was the attention to detail throughout the whole roofing job. After the work was finished, their field supervisor spent hours using a magnet around the house and yard to pick up nails, screws, and leftover debris. That level of care showed they respect both the property and the customer. This was one of the best roofing experiences we have ever had, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

My husband and I first noticed a neighbor’s roof replacement and were really impressed by the finished shingles and overall roof work. After that, we reached out to Perry Family Roof Repair for our own roofing project, and Erick helped us from the first estimate all the way through the final walkthrough and payment. He explained the scope clearly, kept the process simple, and made sure we understood what was needed on both the roof and chimney. The roofing crew did excellent work, finished quickly, and left us with a roof that looks strong, clean, and professionally installed. The photo updates were especially helpful because they showed the condition of the decking and problem areas left behind from older roofing work. We also had the chimney rebuilt, and that part of the job was handled with the same care, quality, and good timing. We are just as happy with the chimney repairs as we are with the new roof. Overall, this was the best roofing and exterior repair experience we have ever had, with skilled workers, great communication, and top-quality results.

I’m very happy to share this glowing review for a roofing team. We absolutely love our new metal roof, and the whole experience was impressive from start to finish. The crew was thoughtful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the roofing project. They kept the job site neat, worked around our schedule, and made sure every step of the roof installation was handled with care. Whenever questions came up, Jonah and the team did not make assumptions and instead took the time to check with us, which we really appreciated. Even while working through very cold Cincinnati weather, they stayed focused and delivered excellent workmanship. The finished roof looks fantastic, has great curb appeal, and we have already received many compliments on the new metal roofing. Excellent job by Jonah and the crew.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jonah on several roofing projects, and the experience has always been great. The team is service-minded, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile for homeowners. Roof work is never a small expense, but I never hesitate to call because Jonah is helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. He has even made extra effort to help when a situation was urgent. They do quality roofing work, communicate clearly, and are fully licensed and insured, which is very important for this kind of job. Whether you need roof repairs, a full roof replacement, better curb appeal, or quick help after storm damage, this roofing crew is dependable and professional. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable roofing service.

Awesome from start to finish. We had our roof re-shingled to replace old worn-out shingles, and the whole roofing job went smoothly from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Samuel helped us get the project lined up in early spring, which was a great time to handle the roof work after winter weather had taken a toll on the old shingles. The office team was always polite and quick when we called about scheduling, payments, and delivery details. Roofing materials, the dumpster, and all the job site items showed up right on time, which kept the project moving without delays. Erick, the area supervisor, stopped by several times during the roof installation to make sure everything was going well and to answer our questions. Jonah, the crew chief, and his roofing crew were excellent. They worked hard, stayed focused, and made sure the new shingles were installed the right way. They also used tarps to protect the siding and windows and did a thorough cleanup to catch nails and debris. Our home looks great, and the new roof has really improved both the appearance and protection of the house. We were very happy with the communication, workmanship, and overall roofing service.
