Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for ProCare Solutions. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Great company with expert staff. Walked my wife and I through the entire process, answered all of our questions and came up with a great solution to our roofing needs, including a warranty.

Amazing experience. Had our roof and siding done and they were professional, incredibly easy to work with, and cleaned the entire yard when done. I would use them again in the future for sure.

ProCare Solutions has been doing roofing work in the Chicagoland area since 2014. We're a licensed Illinois roofing contractor, and we think that's worth saying plainly rather than burying in fine print. If you're comparing contractors for a roof project, it's worth checking that whoever you hire is actually licensed with the state — not just "insured" on a flyer. You can look up any Illinois roofing license yourself through IDFPR's public lookup. D Zimny Construction Company DBA ProCare Solutions · IL Roofing Lic. #104.016812Aug 12, 2026Call now

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on ProCare Solutions. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
