we first hired a roofing team to handle several repairs on our always-leaking roof after the builder did not stand behind the original work. they inspected the problem areas, explained the needed fixes in simple terms, and completed the repairs in a professional way. each visit helped stop the leaks and improved the condition of our roof. since then, we have continued to use them for regular roof maintenance and repair work, and the service has stayed dependable. cameron, the roofing specialist, is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. malachi and the office staff are quick to respond, helpful with scheduling, and pleasant to work with. they do quality roofing work, communicate well, and help keep our roof in good shape through the hot weather. we plan to keep using their roofing services for as long as we own a home.

I’m really glad I chose this roofing company for my roof replacement. They were the only roofer who clearly explained the possible extra costs and helped me understand what could come up once the old flat roof was opened up. A lot of roofing contractors gave higher estimates because they assumed there were several roof layers and added plywood into the bid right away. After the tear-off, it turned out there was only one layer, and removal was already included in their standard roofing service. No new plywood decking was needed because the roof structure underneath was metal, which saved me even more money. I appreciated how honest and straightforward they were through the whole process, and it truly felt like they wanted me to get the best value for the job. They also took care of a small side roof area at no added charge, which was a nice bonus. Cameron and the crew were professional, worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and finished everything on schedule. The new roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing it’s ready for strong sun, wind, and heavy rain.

cameron and Pro West Hills Roofing handled our full roof replacement and added gutter guards, and the whole roofing job went very smoothly. from the first inspection through the final clean-up, the service was excellent and very professional. he was on time, detailed, honest, and easy to work with. he kept us updated at every stage, including the estimate, material delivery, scheduling, installation, and debris removal, so we always knew what was happening. the roofing crew arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and showed real skill with the tear-off, new shingle installation, flashing, and clean-up. they were polite, careful around the property, and made sure the area was left spotless after the work was done, which really matters on a roofing project. we also appreciated how well everything was explained, including the condition of the old roof and the best options for long-term protection in West Hills weather and sun exposure. i would gladly use them again and highly recommend their roof inspection, roof repair, gutter, or full replacement services to anyone who needs dependable roofing work.

Pro West Hills Roofing was fantastic to work with when my roof started leaking. The person on the phone was kind, calm, and very understanding about how stressful a roof leak can be. The estimate process was clear, and they worked hard to give us a fair price for the roof repair and replacement work. Malachi, the project manager, communicated really well and kept us updated through each step, from inspection to scheduling to the final cleanup. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the roofing job in just one day since our roof was a fairly simple project. They paid attention to the details, protected the property during the tear-off, and left everything neat when the work was done. I am very happy with the new roof and feel much better knowing it is secure, sealed properly, and ready for the heat and seasonal rain in West Hills. If you need roof repair, reroofing, or emergency roofing service, I would absolutely recommend them.

the roofer inspected the chimney and said it needed some minor masonry and mortar cap repair. cameron arrived on time, was polite, easy to talk to, and very professional. the estimate came over fast and clearly explained the scope of work, including grinding out the chimney joints, cleaning and prepping the brick, applying new type-n masonry grout, removing the cracked mortar cap, and installing a new tapered concrete cap for better protection and durability. it also covered the needed scaffolding and cleanup. the pricing was higher than i expected, but the proposal was detailed and helped me understand the roofing and chimney repair process better. i ended up going with a more budget-friendly roofer in West Hills, but i still appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and professional inspection. i liked that they took the time to point out possible hidden chimney issues that could affect the roofline and flashing area if left untreated.

After a big storm, we noticed a leak coming through our roof right under our upper deck. We tried fixing it ourselves a few times, but the leak kept coming back, so we decided to reach out for professional help. We contacted Pro West Hills Roofing, and malachi came out to check our roof and talk over different repair options with us. He explained everything clearly and gave us several choices at different price points, which were all pretty fair. The crew pulled up our deck, replaced the damaged roofing, installed new dec-tec, and then put the railings back up. The whole process went really smoothly. cameron and another worker handled the repairs and worked hard the entire time, finishing in just a few days. They were friendly and answered all our questions, even showing us what they were working on so we could give input about how we wanted the new deck to look. The project manager stayed in touch throughout and was always available to talk through any concerns or questions, which really helped since this was our first big roofing project. Our old roof had a lot of water damage from bad installation before, but now i feel confident that the new dec-tec was the right choice. i'm really happy with how everything turned out and it feels great knowing the job was done right. highly recommend for anyone needing roofing work.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I called and explained our roofing issue, since we had waited weeks for other roofers just to get an estimate. Cameron took the time to come out right away, gave us a clear estimate, and showed up the very next day to fix our roof. He even cleaned and repaired our gutters while he was here. The price was fair, the work was top-notch, and everything was finished before other companies could even respond. We’re really happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this roofer to anyone looking for quick and reliable service!
