We spent a huge amount of money with Pro-Tech Roofing of Brevard back in 2019. After the work was complete I had a GC friend of mine check over the work these people did. His words were short and concise, " I would never use them". So in …

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had. Reading your review was deeply concerning to us, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment — especially after placing your trust in our company and investing in such an important part of your home. What you’ve described is not the level of service we strive to provide, and it’s clear that we fell short in several ways, particularly in communication and follow-up support. No customer should have to make repeated phone calls or feel ignored when they need help, especially with a warranty issue. We are very sorry that you felt neglected and that the delays caused additional stress and damage to your home. We take full responsibility for the lack of responsiveness and understand how this situation has left you feeling let down. Your feedback is being taken very seriously by our leadership team. We are actively reviewing the breakdown in communication and addressing how we can ensure no customer ever feels this way again. If your issue is still unresolved, we want to make it right. Please contact us directly at 321-783-1694 or email office@protechroofingofbrevard.com with your name and property address, and we will make your case a top priority. You deserve better, and we are committed to repairing both the issue and your trust in us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we truly appreciate the opportunity to do better. Sincerely, The Pro-Tech Roofing of Brevard Team

Had them do a commercial roof for me at work so I though I would have them install a new roof on my mom's house. About the time the warranty went out (5 years) we started getting roof leaks. A roof like this should have lasted 10 or 15 …

Hello Mr. Hills, I see we did this job in 2015. As you stated that type of roof was warrantied for 5 years for workmanship from Protech Roofing, the manufacturer has a seperate warranty. Also, as you stated, we did come out after the warranty was expired and did NOT even charge you to repair the roof. My apologies we were not able to call or come out every time after that, I am certain there must of been a reason as Dan, the owner of Protech, is extremely responsive, even giving out his personnal cell phone number as well as putting his cell number on all of our paperwork. Please reach out to the office at... office@protechroofingofbrevard.com to allow us to help with your concerns. Thank you

I tried twice to just get someone to be able to give me an estimate. Never heard back from anyone. Their online form is a joke and if you call they just pass off your information to someone else and you wait to see if someone actually calls …

Please understand that with 2 hurricanes in less than a year's time, the entire roofing industry is inundated. We are a small family run business, and your one star review hurts us by not reflecting our services, only that you say we didn't call you back. Our other reviews reflect 5 stars for our services. You have only left negative reviews for businesses on your profile, this is unfortunate. Hurting small local businesses does not help our community. In the future, please review a business if you have used their services only.

Everyone on the project team was efficient, professional, and friendly. In particular Robert, the supervisor, kept me completely up to date on the developments for the project and the timeline. I could not have asked for a better supervisor; he was here pretty much every day during the work, answered all my questions, and followed up to correct any issues. I feel their pricing was fair and the work was done beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves daily, and did a big clean at the end. I could not be happier with my beautiful new roof!

Great experience with this roofing company! The crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Autumn was who I spoke with to schedule my free estimate at first and she was especially nice and helpful, so from start to finish the whole thing was very smooth. Highly recommend!
