Randy Wills has done roofing, siding, and gutter work for me for the last 25 - 30 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He arrives on time and promptly completes all necessary work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to provide those services to my home. Additionally, he is a really nice guy! Thanks Randy for jobs well done!

Prices are reasonable and his team is efficient. I wont use anyone else. You cant go wrong with Randy and ProTech. 12/10 recommend!!

I recently hired Pro-Tech Improvements, LLC for an exterior project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, Randy and his crew were absolute professionals. They provided a clear, fair, and incredibly detailed written estimate with absolutely zero sales pressure. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and demonstrated a massive amount of expertise. They didn't just slap on a temporary fix—they looked for, found and explained the root cause, used high-quality materials, and made sure the structural craftsmanship was flawless. It’s hard to find a contractor this punctual, honest, and dedicated to customer satisfaction these days. If you need roofing, siding, or gutter work done right the first time in Maryland, do yourself a favor and call Pro-Tech.

Randy was recommended to us by a neighbor. We had an issue with carpenter bees on the side of our house under the trim near the gable. Randy was able to address the issue by removing some siding, installing aluminum capping and J-channel, and then re-installing the siding. The workers did a good job, were quick and courteous.

I needed help on a roofing project and my neighbor referred me to Pro Tech Improvements. My neighbor had spoken highly of the work he had completed by them. The work is high quality and Randy made everything a breeze. I am a very satisfied customer. I've already used them twice and I'll be using them again if needed in the future. In addition, financing options are available which made getting the work completed possible. Randy laid out options for me which was a relief to say the least. He's someone easy and patient to work with. Thanks so much Pro Tech Improvements!!!
