  Adam we carefully explained to you that the roof would not work, after all it is a plastic roof, against my advice you still wanted us to do the roof. The only mistake we made is working for a person like you.

  Waited for 2 hours - being told “in 20 minutes” twice after I inquired. Obviously, I was being given the run around as no company could “under estimate traffic” by 1 1/2 hours. My appointment was for after 4 not 4-6 and in texts’ If you think of any ‘ He Anytime doctor , I am out of my office company stated One other thing I remember it would be there about 4:30, then in another 20 minutes then another 20 minutes …. Company admitted in text that it had lied about being stuck in traffic. And became abusive when it learned I had filed a poor review. I will happily send copies of their admission and texts.

  Mj we had an appointment between 4:00/6:00 we showed up at 6:04 due to traffic and called you and explained that to you. A 25 minute drive took us over two hours. You threatened to call the police and have us removed from your property because we showed up 4 minutes late. We apologized numerous times. Being a roofer is hard enough let alone being threatened for trying to help you fix your roof.

  I cannot rate the quality of this companies work as they did not afford me the opportunity. I called to inquire about service, was told they could possibly send someone out the same day. I never heard from them again! No call, no show.

  I'm sorry to say I need to revise this review. Nutmeg Roofing did respond promptly, but it turned out they misdiagnosed the source of the leaks and slapped on a fix that had nothing to do with the problems. When their own foreman inspected to see what had gone wrong, he himself said it was a "bad job" - his words. Nutmeg did not offer a proper repair or even a partial reimbursement - only a tarp-up at full price, which I even considered, but then I couldn't get a call back. I paid thousands of dollars for essentially nothing - definitely feel like I got played.

  Jean, we spoke on the phone briefly, you asked me if I was ghosting you, I told you no I am not ghosting you, If you call me I will answer. We also discussed that you needed a new roof, not just a repair, but you told me that you couldn’t afford a new roof. So we did a repair. It did continue to leak, but I also explained that by just repairing your roof, your just placing a bandage on a broken arm. You argreed and said that you understood that. I told you that I’d be willing to repair the roof for free. To help you out which you stated that you didn’t want too. I’d still be willing to repair the roof for free to help resolve this situation.

  Sonny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to provide same day turnaround for an emergency after an ice dam caused a leak (on a saturday!) working into the night to get the job done before the blizzard. Extremely happy with the service and communication. Highly reccomend contacting Nutmeg for all roofing needs!

  I needed a partial roof replacement after having a water leak during a storm. Sonny picked up the phone on the first call, came out to asses, gave me a quote and had me on the schedule for later in the week. Sonny and his crew were very easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and was very up front about the costs and any potential concerns. The job was completed in a timely manner and looked great. His crew did an excellent job cleaning up and taking care of my lawn/shrubs. Even was able to clean out some gutters as a courtesy. It was a pleasure dealing with Nutmeg Roofing.
