Had a small leak in my roof that I was worried about, but the team at Pristine came out quickly, found the problem right away, and fixed it before it became a major issue. They were honest about what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. Very refreshing to work with a company that actually cares about doing the job right.

Had Pristine Roofing & Masonry come out after noticing some water stains on my ceiling, and they diagnosed the issue within the first hour — turned out to be flashing damage around the chimney that two other companies had completely missed. They had everything fixed within a day and walked me through exactly what they did. Haven't had a single issue since, and that was eight months ago.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're glad our team was able to track down the flashing issue quickly and get it resolved properly the first time - that's exactly the kind of thorough diagnosis we aim for on every job. It means a lot to hear you've been issue-free for eight months since. Thanks for trusting Pristine Roofing & Masonry with your home, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything else!
