***Edit just to say a reply to Priority Roofing- You have my contact information if you are really interested in communicating with me, not just trying to save face here.*** Giving 2 stars because at least Gerardo (who is the gentleman who runs the crew that is subcontracted) was friendly and acted like he cared which was refreshing. Zack (was told he’s a supervisor) and Greg (GM) have no problem gaslighting you, trying to make you feel incompetent, arguing over their quality of work (which was subpar at best), pushing that they’re good people who provide great customer service (just because you say this ten times doesn’t make it true), and have no issues leaving your roof with exposed decking around the entire perimeter. Did they eventually cover the exposed wood? Yes but only after I called Greg out on a blatant lie. Zack also attempted to coerce my husband into committing insurance fraud (have an audio recording of this) by saying our shingles that clearly had a manufacturers defect could be “hail damage from the next hail storm so you guys can get another free roof.” Also, my roof wasn’t free, my insurance company covered it and I do pay them a premium for that coverage. This is just the surface of our issues. I have zero confidence that my roof will last as long as it is intended to and even less confidence that this company will honor their “10 year warranty.” I have included some pictures but I also will be giving a deeper account of this whole horrific ordeal on my socials because yes, this was that bad. ****If you are seeing this and have had a roof installed by this company I urge you to inspect your roof. I feel like maybe that’s why our experience was so horrible because we did do a thorough inspection after each visit (there were 4 total).***** I also did try to reach out to their CEO since he claims on their website to actually receive and address submission via that form. If he did receive any of my requests, he ignored them. Kinda think that who

    Reply from the business

Stephanie, I’m really sorry to see that this is how you feel about your experience. I also want to address your comment about communication. I did personally reach out to you after your review to try and speak directly and see if there was anything further we could do to make things right, including offering to come out to the property myself and complete a full inspection. I have not heard back, but that offer still stands. From our side, we made multiple attempts to address every concern that was brought to us, including returning to the property multiple times and even completing additional work at our own expense just to make sure you were taken care of. The items shown in the photos included in your review were all concerns that you brought to us during the process, and each of those items was addressed by our team. We take accusations like this very seriously. As a company, we do not support or encourage anything dishonest or inappropriate when it comes to insurance claims, and that standard is something we hold across our entire team. As far as the workmanship, everything completed on your home was installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. That said, we still made additional adjustments simply because we wanted you to feel confident in the final result. We’re not a perfect company, but we do care about doing right by our customers and standing behind our work. I hate that we weren’t able to meet your expectations here. If you’re open to it, I’m still willing to speak directly and see if there’s anything further we can do to give you some peace of mind.

Priority Roofing did a wonderful job with my roof. Thanks to Evan Tanner, the process was smooth from beginning to end. He was on top on everything, friendly, and professional. The roofers were also very polite, efficient, and handled the clean up well.

Stefano Romano inspected my roof for storm damage. He did not find any, but I did have a problem on one side of the house with missing fascia and damaged soffit. I had not been able to find anyone to do repairs for a small job. Stefano …

These amazing guys worked extraordinarily hard to get our roof approved for a brand new makeover! The whole process was made super easy from start to finish. Only took a few days from approval to finished roof. And you would never know they had been here they clean up so well! Very happy customers!!

We had a great experience with Priority Roofing from start to finish. Their team was timely, professional, and clearly committed to doing the job right. While working on our roof, they discovered some underlying issues we weren’t aware of and insisted on fixing them before continuing—something we really appreciated because it showed their integrity and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly, and the quality of their work reflects that. On top of that, they left our property clean and tidy when the job was finished. Highly recommend Priority Roofing if you’re looking for a reliable and thorough roofing company!

Evan was fantastic to work with. He really knows his stuff and took the time to walk me through everything going on with my roof. He provided clear photos of the areas that needed attention and explained in detail how they would properly fix the issues. It was obvious he cared about doing the job the right way, not just rushing through it. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and professional. Overall it was an amazing customer experience and I would absolutely recommend working with Evan!
