I had a great experience with Charlotte Premier Roofing! The service was professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Matthew communicated clearly, the team showed up when they said they would, and did a great job with the work. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how easy they made the whole process. Matthew has been the best professional I have ever had work on my house in 19 years. When I had questions he responded quickly. He sent me everything I asked for in a timely manner. The day of the job when he was busy, he still took time to explain things to me, show me the materials they were using and answer all my questions. He communicates clearly. Before the job, he was thorough when inspecting the roof. He worked well with our insurance agent. He is patient. He followed through on his promises. This company is reliable and he's honest. I had a good experience with his crew that did the roof installation. They got it all done in one day and were professional despite it being a July day with oppressive heat over 100F. They cleaned up well. Before the installation, my insurance company agreed that Matthew quoted me a reasonable price for the job and he kept the job within budget without going over. His excellent pictures help me understand every step of the project and helped things go smoothly with my insurance company. I liked that he didn't sell me on things that I didn't need - for example my gutters are old but are sufficient right now. Matthew is detail oriented, experienced and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Charlotte Premier Roofing highly!
