We experienced issues with the roof at our FDA-approved facility and requested proposals from several qualified contractors to evaluate the existing condition and provide appropriate solutions. Prime Roofing stood out for several reasons. First, their pricing was very competitive and offered the best value compared with the two other contractors who provided estimates. In addition, their proposal was professional and comprehensive, including an engineering design and a 20-year warranty on the work. Throughout the project, Prime Roofing demonstrated excellent professionalism and reliability. Their team arrived on schedule, communicated effectively, and completed the project as promised. The quality of the workmanship and the overall execution of the project were very satisfactory. Based on our experience, we are quite satisfied with the work performed by Prime Roofing and would highly recommend them to other facilities or organizations looking for a professional, reliable, and quality roofing contractor.

Prime Roofing & Exteriors is an exceptional roofing company with a personable and knowledgeable owner, Moris Gomez. Moris met with us to inspect our roof, explained the findings, showcased the company's materials, and detailed the roof replacement process and warranties. He provided a thorough estimate at an affordable price, along with his company's license and insurance. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and Moris kept us informed throughout the entire process. The team's organization and efficiency were equally impressive. They meticulously cleaned up our property, using a magnet tool to collect loose nails. Moris personally inspected the work to ensure high-quality standards were met, showing us pictures of the finished project. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic, showcasing top-notch quality. Prime Roofing & Exteriors will be our first choice for future projects. I highly recommend Moris and his exceptional team.

I’m the President/CEO of Parkfairfax Condominium Unit Owners Association in Alexandria, VA. We are a large, 1,684 unit, historic, condominium association built between 1941-1943. After successfully completing a pilot project in Aug 2025, which we bid out to six local roofers in the DMV, we hired Prime Roofing & Exteriors to replace the terracotta roofs of all 285 buildings on our 132 acre property. They do high-quality work, at a fair price, and very quickly. Moris Gomez Cruz, the owner, his PM, and his job site foreman, are all very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We’re honored Parkfairfax trusted Prime Roofing & Exteriors with such a large, historic project and proud that the pilot and full replacement met your expectations for quality, speed, and value. Moris, our project manager, and the jobsite foremen appreciate your recognition of their professionalism. Thank you for the strong recommendation. Prime Roofing & Exteriors

I almost never leave reviews. The owner of this business is hands on and does everything he says he does better than expected, before it is promised, and is smart and efficient with time. I delayed doing my roof because I couldn’t figure out what I was being sold by other guys. Found this online and was surprised by the transparency and the use of drones and pics to keep me updated on all work. Pricing is fair and work is great.

The Prime team did an amazing job. They were competitively priced and their work was very professional. They showed up early and worked nonstop until the roof and gutters were complete. They took care to find and pick up every nail and roof scrap. My yard and roof are beautiful. The only thing that made me sad is when I realized I will probably never need to call them again.

Absolutely recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have a 120 year historical home, they have provided several renovations for us including replacing copper flashing around three chimneys and taking a second floor wrap around balcony down to the studs and rebuilding. They also rebuilt the balcony gutter system for pitch and hand bent copper gutters. Beautiful work that will last for many years to come.

I don’t remember who recommended Moris Gomez with Prime Roofing and Exteriors to me…likely the South Four Corners Listserve. At any rate, I could not be more pleased with the work. The entire surface of my roof was replaced including replacing a couple of sections of wood that had degraded. If I remember correctly, they finished work in one day and returned the next to clean up. My roof now has a ten year workmanship warranty.

Was scheduled originally for Monday but Maurice called to reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately he was a no show. Would have appreciated a call to let us know he was unable to come. We called a couple of times but no response. This is very unprofessional. Update 7/3/25 Maurice, thank you so much for remediating the issue. We appreciate the prompt response to our concerns. Moris and his team did a great job on our roof! He was very responsive when I first contacted him and was able to make it out quickly to give us an estimate. He quickly sent us a quote with a competitive price. His team was polite and efficient, completely replacing the front of our row house with new shingles and our flat roof with TPO. They were able to finish the job in three days and, other than the new roof, left no sign they were ever there after cleaning up. Moris then followed up by stopping by to make sure everything was done correctly and we were satisfied. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for roofing work. Further, a solar panel installation by another company created some problems with our roof, but Exterior Remodeling was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing those issues. (Lesson learned, it's probably worth consulting with your roofer before having solar installed.)
