  Scheduled an appt for a post storm roof inspection. The day prior the contractor called and asked for our insurance policy to see how many shingles must be damaged in order to qualify for a roof replacement claim. They then told me they won’t do an inspection unless they know how much damage they need to find to charge insurance. This sounds like a company that seeks to take advantage of insurance companies to file overly extensive claims.

  Jason and his team were great. Started with some insurance repairs he was able to get some repair money out of them. We opted for full replacement with gutters. Team was great from start to finish. I would recommend for ease and craftsmanship.

  Andrew Loughridge got my roof replaced through my insurance!! He was very pleasant. He was nice. He walked through everything carefully with me explained everything he was patient with me cause I was terrible but overall he is the best and I’m gonna try to get him as many referrals that I can. I would love to work with Andrew again.

  Panda was extremly helpful, we have been teyinf to get our roof replaced for the last 4yrs. Panda came to our dood, explained to us what they can provide. Sent Nick Carpenter to our home. He was fantastic, after working with our insurance for a little over a month. We are now gettinf a new roof, and we are so excited. Thank you Panda, and thank you Nick.

  After my roof was recently damaged by a serious wind storm I reached out to Panda/ Dan Atias to come assess the situation. Dan lives locally to me and his company (Panda Exteriors)has done multiple roof replacements on my street so I felt I was making the best decision for my home. Dan guided me through the entire process of dealing with the insurance company which can be a little stressful. A few weeks later the roof was scheduled for replacement. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and did a magnificent job! Clean up was done properly. The crew was respectful to my property and my neighbors. Great experience overall!
