  There are so many red flags with this company. The door-to-door salesmen don’t take no for an answer — they followed my neighbor into her garage after she repeatedly told them no. They don’t have pamphlets or clipboards or branded hats or even matching shirts. They told another neighbor they’re working with “Susan” down the street and I know for a fact that there is no Susan in our entire neighborhood. I have them on video trying to dodge our cameras, literally ducking down to not be seen. I called Bright View to ask if these were legitimately their employees (and if they were, they need much better training) but only got voicemail, and no one ever called me back. Then they were seen on our street after dark, at 8pm, just sitting there in the same truck as the day before, with multiple men inside — who does roof inspections after dark?? So sketchy. This was so alarming that our neighbors called the police multiple times (non-emergency line), and the police have started patrolling our neighborhood and those adjacent. This cannot be a legitimate company, or if it is, they’re up to no good.

  Bright View Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof. The finished roof looks great, and the crew completed the entire project in one day. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect the landscaping, siding, driveway, and other areas of our property. Their cleanup was very thorough, and everything looked great when they left. Jerson Ayala, the on-site project manager, was especially good to work with. He kept us informed throughout the day and pointed out several issues and details that were helpful for us to understand. He was professional, attentive, and made the project feel well managed from start to finish. Muhammad Yusuf, our sales representative, was also great to work with. The team did an excellent job coordinating with our public adjuster, which made the insurance process much easier. We would gladly recommend Bright View Exteriors to others.

  We recently had our entire roof and gutters replaced by Bright View Exteriors. We are very pleased with the outcome. They chose to work with a public adjustor who fought on our behalf with the insurance company to get us approved for an entire roof replacement. Jersen was our project manager. He was kind and very communicative throughout the whole process by texting and calling us. The crew showed up when expected and finished the whole roof in one day. They recently replaced the gutters, gutter guards and down spouts. While tearing down our old down spouts one of the workers accidentally broke one of our flood lights. Jersen made sure the broken light was cleaned up on our porch before they left and the flood light was replaced a couple days later. Ultimately we were very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

  This review is very overdue. In February of 2025 we had bright view replace our storm damaged roof. The communication was top notch. Work crew showed up when expected and communicated if there was a change of plans ( bad weather). Everyone …

  Brightview was one of hundreds of roofing companies in the Maryland home improvement show. When Kelvin flew his drone to inspect my roof, I was very skeptical about these roofers because I had invited two of these largest roofers in the east coast to provide free estimates. I moved into my current home in 2003 and heard constant water dripping sound while raining. I believe it was time to have experts to exam our roof. But sales from both large companies never got on my roof, they looked at some nails in the attic and began a similar routine to educate me about potential issues with my roof, compare costs among many other companies, and pressure me to fix my roof right away or my roof was going to fall tomorrow. Kelvin with Brightview didn't get on my roof either but he showed some pictures and evidences about my damaged roof. He ensured me that my roof is not going to fall immediately. We discussed different means to pay for the roof replacement in a friendly conversation. He further inspected my roofs over my well and shed; both roof singles were coming off as well. It took a while and Kelvin kept communicating with me about the progress. My roofs were finally replaced in November before Winter came. Brightview did have a team of professionals handling all aspects of the project and they sealed all exposed wood Carefully. I have no doubts that my new roofs will last longer than their warranty. If you have an older roof or you see some signs of roofing issues, I would strongly recommend Brightview without any reservations.
