We had our roof redone after buying our home as it was in a state of disrepair. From the start, communication was fantastic. They explained the cost and timeline clearly with no hidden surprises. The crew showed up on time, protected our landscaping, and cleaned up every single nail. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

John did a great job coming out promptly and fixing my roof at a fair price. He also discovered another roof issue to fix that could have been real bad if he hadn’t found to proactively fix

I am so impressed with Pride Roofing and there willingness to assist the little guy's. I am a teacher and doing repairs during my summer break and needed literally 32 sqft of roofing ppr. I could have just bought a full roll and then stored it forever. I had a brain thought and called these guys to see if they had any scrap pieces. Ron immediately took care of me and left me the perfect piece on the front porch of his company. I am recommending Pride Roofing to everyone regardless of what you need. Thank you and I will use this experience in my great customer service discussions in my classes.

Dirk, thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. It was a pleasure talking with you, and I was happy to help. We believe that great customer service isn't measured by the size of the project, but by how we treat people. I'm glad we were able to save you from having to buy an entire roll for such a small repair. Your willingness to share this experience and even use it as an example in your classroom means a great deal to me and our team. Thank you for your recommendation and for reminding us that simple acts of kindness and service can make a lasting impact. We wish you the very best with your summer projects, and if you ever need anything in the future, we're always happy to help! — Ron and the Pride Roofing Team

I was in desperate need of a new roof and was really concerned about the price as I was quoted $22,000 by another company. I pretty much had given up on replacing my whole roof and was prepared to just have half of it done. John from Pride roofing came by and totally shocked me by his quote. It was under $10,000 with the promise that if decking wasn’t needed for the entire roof then he would discount his original price. Well the original price was discounted by about $1500 dollars! Who does this? The honesty this company showed was mind blowing because I know nothing about roofs and he could just have easily charged me full price. I was able to replace my entire roof for about $7000 and was able to use my savings for another plumbing emergency that showed up the next day. John I can’t thank you enough for your honesty and kindness in helping us out. Folks this company is so worth your time because the work was done with quality and the price that can’t be beat. Also they have an Aplus on the BBB website.

From start to finish, I can say that I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a company. Communication was clear and fast, and Melissa was so amazing to work with. Other companies quoted me 2x the price at minimum, and couldn’t get to us until June. Pride Roofing repaired our single car garage roof in less than a day, a week after contacting them for a quote! If you’re looking for a roofing company that will be honest, fast, does amazing work, and will not take advantage of you, look no further.

I felt that that Pride Roofing was the only company that gave me an honest assessment of my roof. I didn’t need to replace the whole roof just that around my skylights. They did an awesome job. You can’t tell where the new roof ends and the old starts. Everything was cleaned up and I had no complaints.

Outstanding experience with Ron Pensari and Pride Roofing. Ron did a very thorough and professional job measuring and estimating the project. We did a simple (no vents, flashings, gutter changes) garage re-roof that was badly overdue. Ron showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what he promised. Ron sent out his guys within a week, since his schedule was open. His crew was quick and tidy, got the job done in about 4 hours, just what Ron had guessed. We are extremely happy with the roof (absolutely no leaks) and the bid was very competitive. We love working with a local, family-owned company, rather than a big corporate giant owned by private equity with 2 dozen crews all over the valley. I so appreciate the opportunity to look the owner in the eye and connect on a personal basis, rather than dealing with a scheduling operator at some call center.

Steve, thank you so much for the thoughtful review and for trusting us with your garage reroof project. It was truly a pleasure working with you. I really appreciate your kind words about our communication, scheduling, and workmanship. We work hard to provide a personal, honest experience from start to finish, so hearing that it made a difference means a lot to us. I’m also glad the crew delivered exactly what we discussed and that everything went smoothly and leak-free. Thank you for supporting our local family-owned business and for the opportunity to earn your trust. Thanks again, Steve — we truly enjoyed working with you and are here anytime you need us in the future! Best regards, Ron

The Pride Roofing team is great. We worked with Melissa to get a great quote and they put our new roof on quickly before bad weather was about to move in. They worked hard and their clean up is amazing. We're looking forward to not worrying about our roof for many years.

Diana, thank you so much for the kind words! We're really glad Melissa was able to take good care of you and get everything moving quickly ahead of that weather. The crew works hard to make sure every job is done right — and that the cleanup reflects the same pride we put into the roof itself. We appreciate your trust in us and hope you enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a new roof for years to come. Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything!
