  Unfortunately had a horrible experience with this company. The original salesman over promised and made a verbal agreement to ensure that everything would be covered by our insurance and stated that the roofing center would work with our insurance to figure that all out. After the work was done, the salesman no longer worked for the company and the roofing center didn’t uphold the agreement that was previously made. Upon trying to discuss this issue and my concerns with the company, they tried to accuse me of insurance fraud, even though I wasn’t asking to pay any less than what the insurance agreed to cover, plus the deductible. The few thousand dollar difference wasn’t enough to justify getting a lawyer, so we ended up just paying the invoiced amount and moving on. I would never work with this company again after the false promises, accusations, and harassment I experienced while working with them.

  Tried getting a bid from this company for over two months. Exchanged wmails and sent plans. Was told plans were swnt to metal shop. Followed up a month later and no reply. The least you can do is communicate with the customer

  The folks at The Roofing Center provided excellent service. They were responsive in every aspect of our re-roof job from providing a timely bid, to scheduling, job construction, and billing. They quickly answered all of our questions and followed up with the appropriate details. Their installers were professionals and expertly executed the roof installation.

  I can’t say enough good things about this company and Frankie! I'm so impressed! I worked in new construction my entire career and there’s not a single company that I’d give 5 star reviews, there’s always something they could do a little better. There’s not a single thing that they could’ve done better. I’m a single mom with a traumatic brain injury (2011 accident) and he literally did all the leg work with my insurance company and everything. I didn’t have to do ANYTHING! They did such an amazing job on my roof, all the employees were respectful and got everything cleaned up after. If you’re in need of roof repairs or a new roof (like me) I promise you won’t be disappointed! They do AMAZING work!

  We had a fantastic experience with The Roofing Center on our home in Holiday, Utah. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received, and the quality of work truly shows. A special shoutout to Will, who managed the entire project flawlessly. He kept everything on schedule, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure the crew delivered topnotch results. It’s rare to find that level of organization and attention to detail. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and left the property clean when the job was done. Our roof looks amazing, and we feel confident in the work that was done. Highly recommend The Roofing Center if you’re looking for honest pricing, great management, and excellent craftsmanship!

  Great Company to work with. Had both stone coated shingles and new rain gutters installed. Both were super fast response and scheduling. The installers were great, quick and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend working with them.

  Came out and helped me find a leak that had no obvious cause after digging into it found the staggering from installation was off and all seams were lined up in a straight line and he sealed seams up with the roofing tar I already had great to meet a honest person in any of the traders made a customer for life
