  Don’t expect them to keep their word. They dropped a roll-off dumpster in my driveway, but now it’s going to be there longer than promised, blocking part of my driveway. They said they’d be here first thing this morning to finish the roof—never showed up and gave no updates. I had to call to get an update, and they then said they’d come later. I called later, and now they’re not coming until the next day. Based on their unprofessionalism so far, I’m already doubting the quality of their work. Don't tell me when you're going to be here if you can't keep your word. Very frustrating experience. Update. This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. The roof took a lot longer than expected and longer than they originally told me, the dumpster sat in my driveway for days after, their truck leaked oil on my driveway, and they tore off my gutter guards without putting them back on. When I called, they sent someone out who didn’t even finish the job and has yet to return. On top of that, leftover materials were left blocking my driveway and I had to move them myself just to use it. The communication throughout was terrible, and overall, this is a very unprofessional company—if you’re planning to get your roof done, go somewhere else.

  Gave up trying to get these ppl to come back and finish the job they were supposed to do. Emails if ired, calls to their office recorded and messages sent but never return my calls. Only thing I can do is file a insurance claim against them and hire another company to get it done.

  Waste of time. Difficult to connect with anyone to even get an estimate. When they do provide the estimate, it's hard to get a response on questions. Had a poor experience. I'm sorry but I would not recommend this business. Update - I received an estimate. For privacy reasons, I cannot post my name or email online. I called your business this morning and reached an answering service. I called this evening and left my name and number. I am happy to call you if you can give me a number of a person I can speak with and fill you in. I am in your system.

  So to clarify Bighorn Roofing does not service the Park City and Wanship area for Roofing, Soffit fascia and Siding??? Reached out for a quote for soffit, facia and some siding, used there hover app, 3 days later go a text from Linda that says they will not be providing us with a quote, no further explanation, no phone call, nothing, best of luck to anyone that deals with them, customer service and follow through are key to running a business something they lack!

  Bighorn Roofing removed and replaced our roof. Not only did they beat everyone’s price, they also did an amazing job. They added additional vents to reduce heat in the attic, they added an additional underlayment to protect against ice. They added the high profile ridge caps for a nicer look. They were very thorough and our roof looks absolutely amazing. Afterwards, we installed a new shed and needed a roof. We called Bighorn and spoke with Bryce, who was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He provided us an estimate and scheduled a day to install the roof on our shed. On the scheduled day, Bryce told us their crews were all busy on other jobs. So he came to our home and completed the work himself. I told my wife that I was surprised that their salesman actually does installations. He did an amazing job, it looks absolutely fantastic and he did it for a very good price. We spoke with him afterwards and was so surprised to find that he is actually the owner/founder. We were so amazed to see that he not only manages the company, but works with the customers and still does installations on occasion. He was so humble and he never even mentioned he was the owner. We absolutely recommend Big Horn for any roof you need replaced. When the owner still gets out and works with his customers, that says a lot about the company and the man behind it! Thank you so much Bryce!

  BigHorn showed up in a timely manner. Gave quote, price matched a competitor and beat them by $500. The roofers showed up in 3 days, did the job in one day. I had solar panels that needed to be removed/replaced. The entire project took one week to complete. I am a satisfied customer!

  After several roofing bids and a personal recommendation to Big Horn Roofing, we decided to go with Big Horn Roofing. Royal was the service rep that came to our home and went over all of the shingle and gutter options. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Brandie was great in keeping the communication and scheduling on track. The team came to do the roofing and they were there for 2 days. They did an excellent job in the cleanup of the roof. They also identified that we had a crack in one of our skylights so Royal our service rep worked quickly on getting a quality skylight replacement. Then on day 3 the rain gutter crew came out and installed and new rain gutters. Their staff was amazing also. Then a few days later, we were contacted by Bighorn to do a final roof inspection. Tate came out and inspected the roof by getting on the roof and also used a drone to take inspection pictures. This process was an excellent experience with their staff and even our neighbor used their company to do a roofing repair shortly after the install of our roof.

  The communication is awesome and they are timely. They do quality work and stand by their work. They cleaned up everything!! They are such hard workers and I have already recommended them to two other homes. I would most definitely use them again and will continue to tell others to use them.

  We had an amazing experience with Bighorn Roofing. The materials and the dumpster showed up on time, the crew worked long hours each of the three days they were here and installed a beautiful roof. Their cleanup was very thorough, and the dumpster was off of our property the day after it was completed, they even reinstalled our Starlink antenna and somehow aligned it perfectly. I would recommend them highly

  I was very pleased with my entire experience with Bighorn Roofing. They were very professional and accommodating. The sales representative (Royal) was knowledgeable and thorough. The Office Manager (Brandie) was very efficient and communicated important details concerning the scheduling and installation process. The crew arrived when scheduled. Their workmanship is excellent, and they cleaned up the property meticulously when finished. Even the dumpster removal company did a final sweep of the driveway for nails. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Bighorn Roofing.

  Big Horn roofing was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The roof was completed in three days by a three man crew. The lead Roofer removed two sheets of plywood so I could replace two bathroom vent fans. They also changed my roof venting from the square cans to the Ridgeline vent system. The lead was polite, friendly, and kept the crew on task....very impressive! At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up and used a magnet to find the nails in the grass and gravel. The owners son came out twice to check on the team and he too, was very polite, professional, and respectful. He can tell that Big Horn runs a tight ship, and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend!
