While removing a tree for one of our customers, a small limb broke and caused some minor damage to their roof. We reached out to Inside & Out Roofing, Painting & Gutters LLC, and they responded the very same day. Their team was professional, prompt, and did an outstanding job with the repair. They handled everything quickly and with great attention to detail, and when they were finished, it was like the damage had never happened. We truly appreciate how fast they responded and how easy they made the entire process for both us and our customer. It's not every day you find a company that is this reliable and committed to quality. We highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with this company! Communication was excellent. Ben Chartrand came out to my house to assess an issue; he was professional, helpful, honest, and truly interested in making sure I was directed to the right specialists for interior framing. I so appreciated his expertise and his integrity. If this is how they treat a non-paying customer, I can only imagine the level of excellence for contracted work. This business is definitely staying on my future call-back list! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It was truly an honor to serve Messiah Lutheran Church and help address these long-standing issues. We greatly appreciate the trust you placed in us throughout the process. As you mentioned, once portions of the roof were opened up, it became clear that the underlying issues were more extensive than what could be seen during the initial inspection. Our goal is always to provide lasting solutions rather than temporary repairs, and we're grateful for the opportunity to address the root causes of the leaks and animal intrusion issues properly. We're pleased to hear that the fellowship hall roof is performing as intended, the squirrel access has been eliminated, and that you're happy with the gutter repairs, sanctuary ceiling restoration, and repainting of the cross. Projects like this require teamwork, communication, and patience, and we appreciate the partnership we had with the church throughout the process. On behalf of our entire team, thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve Messiah Lutheran Church and look forward to being a resource for any future roofing, gutter, painting, or maintenance needs. – Ben & the Inside & Out Roofing, Painting & Gutters Team

Ben was very attentive and responsive to queries. The contract was specific with what was included. Ensure that the items you expect to be completed are listed on the contract.
