I cannot recommend Brad, our project manager and his team highly enough—they are a true 10 out of 10. As this was our very first homeowners claim, we were completely unfamiliar with the process, but Brad made everything seamless. His communication was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to personally ensure we had the exact right materials and that every detail was executed thoroughly. Even after the work was completed and paid for, Brad stayed in touch to help navigate the insurance side of things. When an unexpected need came up a week later in our end, he was quick to reply and help without hesitation. That level of dedication and integrity is rare. I will be recommending Brad and Premium Roofing Solutions to all of my family and friends if the need arises.

Scott Alexander and Premium Roofing Solutions went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. When our initial claim for hail damage was denied, Scott and Premium made sure we had all the support we needed to make sure our second adjustment report was accepted. The Premium crew was professional and efficient. Their workmanship excellent and the cleanup was very thorough. We are extremely satisfied with our roof. We would highly recommend Premium Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or siding and gutter repair. Scott was very responsive to our requests and concerns. We also asked Scott to inspect our church roof due to an internal water leak. Scott identified the problem and fixed it. No leak now. Thank you Scott and Premium.
