  Premium roofing came out quickly to offer a repair soon after Hurricane season due to a leak in the roof. A repair was completed in August which did not suffice. The next storm came through and the leak continued. At that time, the owner was called to come back and repair the work again. Unfortunately the repair work was not done correctly and the owner cracked a tile which he said he would come back and replace. The owner never made good on his word and I left several message for him to come back to once again repair what was not fixed. All my calls were ignored and the company took my $1,400 and left me with nothing but the same leak i started with. Definitely would not recommend this company based on follow up and their knowledge of roof repair. Very dissatisfied customer!

  I simply could not be more disappointed in this company. They worked on my roof around February of last year to fix a leak. I paid $2600 and was told it was fixed. I did see the workers doing some repairs. A few months later, the rain season started and I noticed that the leak was not repaired after all. I called the company and after about 6 weeks, someone finally came out and they ended up telling me it was probably just squirrel droppings leaking through. A few weeks ago, I went in the attic during a rain storm and filmed the water leaking for myself and called the company to again report it. I reminded them that I had a warranty. They said they would call me back and never did. I left a number of messages to no avail. I had to pay another company $1850 to come out and fix it (hopefully). This is a horrible and unreliable company and I will never use them again.

  nope...Lost insurance. They came to fix it, but pieces are loose. $900 lost. No detailed receipt provided, either.

  I must say after all of my scouting this company has really been the best through the whole process. It started with the young lady named Marris at the front desk. She was very friendly and insightful. The repair I got was absolutely seamless and will be referring to anyone I know. Thank you guys

  I am truly blown away by the quality workmanship Premium Roofing & Restoration provided us with. From start to finish, this company was nothing short of impressive and professional! Marris in the office coordinated the schedule to accommodate us quickly and efficiently. I met with Dusty, who came promptly when scheduled, and gave me confidence in his understanding of my project. We needed to have fascia corners and dormer siding and corner trim replaced, per a recent inspection, and Dusty walked through how it would be addressed, step my step. I was provided a quote the next morning and while it was a little *higher* than I was expecting, I felt confident in Dusty’s understanding of the project (we had 7 other quotes done and prices varied from higher to lower - Premium was in the middle). Upon approving them to be hired for the job, I was scheduled promptly and on appointment day, Dusty and his team arrived on time and got right to work! They finished in a few hours, including paint matching and painting the work to match the house PERFECTLY! Let the photos speak for themselves - The top photos are the before, the bottom photos are the after. I appreciate Dusty and his team hitting an absolute Home Run on this project and would happily hire them again for future work.   Had Premium out to Windermere yesterday to replace some rotten wood and re-shingle a problem spot. The work was done very well by a couple nice guys who seemed to know their business, I would hire this company again.
