  What a disappointment. We scheduled three weeks in advance of this project. We got a call a few days prior to our scheduled installation saying there are other jobs that could not be completed in time, so our installation had to be pushed off. We shared our problem, that the rain is coming down extremely hard in front of our house, so, we asked for a simple job - installation of a gutter and rain diverter. It rained last week so we got to see the work in action. The rain diverter did its job, and the rain came down the downspout, and diverted rain on the right side of our front door, yet the gutter that was installed was not long enough to cover the entirety of our front door, so the rain still came pouring down on the left side of the house and not just that, but TOWARDS our front door. Now, we are down our money that we invested in this project and stuck with a different problem.

  My ceiling was damaged by no tarp put on when shingles were removed and the men sat on my front yard eating and rain came in for less than 10 minutes untarped . Water damaged thru out my home ceilings and still 7 months later work has not been completed. Highly recommend not to use this company!!! Bedroom ceiling still leaking after 3 visits to fix and now with hurricane too busy to return calls 🤬

  I'm sorry you had a negative experience, the buildings had many challenges and issues aside from the roof, we pride ourselves on installing the best roofs with the best products. Once completed we registered all the buildings with the Golden Pledge Warranty which covers the Workmanship for 20 years and the Materials for 40 years. We don't cover the workmanship of other contractors that came before us or hold accountability for other areas of the building that happen to touch the roof. We still stand behind all work that we performed and honor our warranty if an issue does arise. We sincerely hope you've found happiness in your new home Mr. Hepenstal and wish you many blessings.   Failing to pay or even attempt to pay their subcontractors for 6 months. When given the opportunity to resolve this matter respectfully. The owner Glen or his wife will not return my calls . They are now having their staff play paperwork games to delay payment right before Christmas. Our small family owned business has been charged back $39k and it seems that they think this is not important. They’ve already collected this money from the Insurance company. We shouldn’t have to chase money down after 6 months of our worn being completed.

  This is untrue. We do pay our subcontractors. However, when subcontractors refuse to send a legitimate invoice and W-9, we don’t have a choice but wait for these things.

  Crooked. Came and inspected my roof, agreed to use them if my insurance company paid them. My insurance company will not use them. Not they are trying to collect money from me for their time. Do not do business with them

  Mrs. Barnhart, To clarify, we had an agreement to work with the insurance company on your behalf to help you with your claim, with the understanding that we would be allowed to complete the project if they approved the claim. Your insurance company would not allow you to choose your own contractor; so we were trying to work with you as well as your insurance company to reach an agreement on this project, since our time and resources were spent helping you with this claim. According to our agreement with you there is no obligation to you if the claim gets denied; however, in this case it was approved. In the event that the homeowner decides to go with another contractor after our company has worked with them and their insurance company to help get the claim approved there are a fees assessed for our time. In this situation, you feel your hands are tied by your insurance company, which is exactly how they want you to feel, this allows them to take away your rights a little easier and choose the contractor for you. With that being said you also have the choice of who you do not want to work with, in which you have done here. We hope your roof is installed well and brings you peace of mind.

We all strive each day to install roofs to the highest standards, with the best materials, covered by amazing warranties. In a perfect world all of our projects would be completed entirely without any problems; however, as human beings we do make mistakes, despite or very best efforts. We do work to correct these situations as quickly as possible. While we understand this has been inconvenient and frustrating it was certainly not intentional neglect nor a result of lazy workers. In this particular situation we have scheduled a professional company to come assess and repair the dryer with authentic parts all covered under warranty. Also, reimbursing any direct costs for parts the homeowner ordered while troubleshooting. Disagreement and compromise are rude in your opinion and we’re sorry this is your experience, but respect and courtesy work both ways.   Very pleased with these guys for a couple reasons. First they kept the appointment times as scheduled. I’ve been stood up by several contractors that never showed. Second they did a great job on roof. Every person that I had contact with was very professional. There’s a whole lotta people in our community that have had the same experience. Should be no hesitation in moving ahead with this company.

  Had my 2024 keystone Arcadia 5th wheel RV roof completely pressure washed, all protusions recoated and finally the entire rooftop sealed.
