  Mr Graines hired us for a complete reroof on his home. After completing this, Mr Graines had issues with the only vent that roofers do not replace, gas pipes. The pipe that dropped down during roofing project was Mr Graines old gas pipe for old hot water heater, still left in ceiling after new system was installed. We have had contact with H.O. twice with both issues being in the same area. First time I personally went out and could not see any issues, it being too new of a leak and not sure if it was prior to new roof, I gave H.O. option to do water test. He was informed it would cost additinal money if it was not our issue. He chose to wait. Fast forward to second complaint, he was informed the same. H.O. got very disrespectful and called me some very filthy names. I informed him at this time he needed to appologize and we could move forward. Immediatly following this, H.O. made calls to our phones at 2 an 3 oclock in the mornings with threats. In good faith we stll went out to honor a warranty that is not ours. applied flashing and expressed to H.O. to keep an eye on the area and see if our fix resolves issue.

  Edited in response to the owner's reply - We had a contract with you thru Roof Marketplace. I'm not surprised that you don't know who your customers are. It was several weeks without being given a date, and then we got a heads up that they would arrive on Thursday. No call, no show. My husband followed up and was told probably Friday or Saturday. They arrived Saturday and completed the work, but I never saw a permit, and I am concerned. Being rude in response to a customer complaint tracks well with your level of customer service. At least that is consistent! They were happy to tell me they could do my roof in a week because they'd have a crew in the area, and take a 50% deposit. Once the money processed, she told me Jim would call to schedule. After a few weeks with no call, I called back. We've called a few times since then. Every time, they tell me they've been pushed back in their schedule by "all the rains" but never tell me where I am on the "schedule". Jim said they schedule 6-8 weeks out. I gave them a check the first week of July.... Still no date. Starting to think I'll need an attorney to get anywhere since they haven't returned my most recent calls. Maybe this review will get a response!

  These claims are false and untrue. We have informed Mr Pagano we were willing to meet with GAF rep to make sure we performed a professional install. He refused.

  This company, specifically Mr.Braddy was sent to our home as a "second assessment" on behalf of our insurer TowerHill. He did not enter our home or attic, suggested the roof that is actively leaking just needed "washing", and the damage is so bad that there are shingles from the roof now inside the attic, along with active leaks throughout, the shingles are just cracking to pieces if you try to lift them to patch. Trust me when I say this roof just received the washing of a lifetime due to Hurricane Ian and the discoloration on our roof is because there are no rock/granule left on the shingles themselves due to the beating it took, not mold/mildew. Aside from the overall roof damage, a shingle roof is only rated for 110mph winds, our Eljobean windreader clocked 187mph winds with 219mph gusts for over 13hrs. This roof is now warped, it has lifted, has metal shrapnel sticking out of it in multiple places, is damaged beyond any reasonable repair and needs to be fully replaced. However, due to this gentleman telling our insurance company the roof just needs a minor repair and washing, after Thursdays rainfall we now have extensive water damage throughout the home including cracking ceilings and walls. Thank you for nothing and making our lives literally worse.

  So sorry you feel as though you were not treated fairly. We always represent all parties involved with 100% honesty. We will not adjust our expert findings for anyone. In 17 years we have never once been untruthful towards any home owners roofs to benefit insurance companies or home owners. Doing this is killing our Insurance policies for home owners. If we can help you to understand our findings, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you Please don't quote me on this but highest recorded winds in florida go back to 1935 at 185mph. In the last 25 years the strongest winds were during Hurricane Andrew, where the poor families down in Homestead experienced horrible life changing experiences, those winds were at 165mph.

  Thank you Todd. We completed that repair at his mom’s home in Trillium, Brooksville, Fl. It was actually very difficult to match the shingles on the repair, it was manufactured a while back. It was a GAF Timberline shingle. Glad we could help.

  I normally don't leave review but I like to so this time others will benefit from my experience when working with the owners of this company. This is the second time I contract Jimmy for roof replacement. I trust Jimmy completely because how much he truly cares. His employees are amazing. This is not a small job or a small expense but the workmanship worths every penny for sure. The hardest aspect is not always about cost but finding one to trust completely and that was Jimmy.
