My neighbor next-door had their roof replaced by this company. The sales representative from this company came to my door and asked if they could check my roof to see if I had some damage as well. I allowed them to get on my roof once they got down from the roof. They explained to me what their findings were. They showed me pictures and told me that they recommend that I make a claim with my insurance so I did. my insurance immediately came out and got on the roof and has determined that the creases of my shingles were manipulated and manually done. Because of this I am unable to get a roof replacement through my insurance. . I am very disappointed that I put my trust in a company and now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get a repair done.for them compromising my shingles on the roof. Beware! Always watch who you are allowing to get on your roof!!!!

We regret having to reply to this review. It is true the insurance denied this claim, taking advantage of one of their customers, by telling the customer their shingles were not storm damaged. Leaving an elderly customer to fend for themselves even after seeing the rusted nails and leaks in their attic. As always we stand behind our inspections and try to hold the insurance companies accountable to their customers.

Was cut off several times by one of your drivers and so were several other drivers on the 429. Didn’t use any turn signals and cut off everyone weaving in and out of lanes. Absolutely ridiculous. Was going well over 80+ mph as well. I had to run into the emergency lane due to how quickly he cut me off.

We appreciate you making us aware. We checked the GPS on the truck and and doesn't show the truck going above posted speed as it also alarms when speed limit is exceeded by more than 5 mph. Also, not sure why you would post a review of our business. Given we have never serviced your roof or been to your home.

Roofs for Everyone is horrible. Their backup roofing team (their words, not mine) damaged one of our bathroom tiles when one of their tools fell through our skylight, terrible follow through with communication, and the contractor insulted me, calling me ingorant and asking me if I could read English when I called to confirm the tile replacement details. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

  Reply from the business

Morgan, I understand your frustration with the situation. I did email you and explain the repair would take 2 days. We agreed from the beginning to replace a tile that had a small chip from a hammer falling thru the skylight. You agreed to give us access. Then called me to say you couldn't have any noise in the house because of work. Also could not be without the guest bathroom for 2 days. Your review, conveniently, left out that you deposited a 500 dollar check from us to have the 1 chipped tile replaced. On your own schedule, by anyone you deemed worthy.

We met with Jason. He was extremely professional, he made sure he carefully explained the results of his inspection along with reviewing the photos with us and explaining the damage shown in each photo. If you are looking for an honest assessment I would highly recommended this company!

I highly recommend Roof For Everyone LLC. After having my roof replaced by another company, an issue was discovered that needed to be corrected. The owner of Roof For Everyone LLC personally came out to inspect the problem and worked diligently to make sure it was fixed properly. What impressed me most was his commitment to getting it right. He came back multiple times to ensure the issue was completely resolved and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer service was outstanding. It's rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind their work and cares about helping people, even when the original problem wasn't caused by them. I am extremely grateful for his help and would not hesitate to recommend Roof For Everyone LLC to anyone looking for an honest, reliable roofing contractor. Thank you again for your professionalism and excellent service.
