  At first we thought they did an amazing job. They were very fast, professional, and clean. Left a great review. However, the roof leaked on the back porch rather badly and they came out and used some caulk on several possible spots. This did little to no good. 3 no show appointments later to examine the roof by the owner has left the wood under the leak unsalvageable, and we are going to need to file a new insurance claim I imagine.

  I called and set up a date and time for them to come by and give an assessment and quote for my roof that was damaged after a storm. I took off from work to meet them here at my house. They never showed up. No call, nothing.

  Came out to look at roof damage shingles missing bare wood showing came out when adjuster arrived performed temporary repair to minimize damage went another contractor for new roof they would not accept payment for the temporary repairs great company

  We are incredibly grateful to Premier Roofing for helping us work with our insurance. They were essential in getting the insurance to cover our damaged roof . We had multiple other roofers come out but nobody was able to help us until premier stepped up to the plate . Justin and Lucas were always available to answer all our questions and without their help we know we wouldn't be here today . Our roof is beautiful, their contractors were responsible, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job! Thankyou Premier

  They answered my initial phone call within 15 minutes- were prompt to the job site and were efficient and professional. Explained all that was being done and did extra to insure a good job was completed- it looks great !

  Premier Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job in walking me through the steps involved in replacing our roof and the related insurance claim in doing so, and we had the new roof in record time. Ackman and his crew were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.
