  Premier came out and did an estimate on our remodel. Quote was done and we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the work. They never showed! After several calls and trying to get someone to return our call, we were finally able to get ahold of someone. It was explained to us that they had to push it out by a week. Again a no show a week later! Again more calls trying to get a hold of someone to which they finally said they had to push it out again. Again a no show!!!! One final time we tried to call and see what was going on as it had now been a month past the original scheduled date. Again we had trouble getting ahold of someone. Once we finally got ahold of them they stated that we should hire someone else as their entire crew left. Would have been nice to have them call us and tell us what was going on instead of us having to hunt them down only to be told to go with someone else after a month past our scheduled work. Would not recommend this company at all. At least McDonalds has some customer service compared to this place.

  Wasted our time. We contacted Premier Property on June 22nd for a bad roof leak that started during a severe storm, and have gotten nothing but excuses and runaround. They were scheduled to come out about a week after we contacted them (no firm appointment, just "we'll try to fit you in," which should have been my first clue to move on, but I did want to give them the benefit of the doubt). I had to call multiple times just to get someone to agree to come take a look. Then the day someone was finally supposed to come out, they didn't show and didn't call. The next day my husband called to follow-up and our project manager, Randy, said he would try come out and take a look. He did show on July 2nd, but I have no idea what he found because he just left without updating us. It is now July 13th and I still have no information because I can't get anyone to call me back. I've tried calling the office for an update multiple times, and hear nothing back except a dismissive "we're busy," and they have no idea when we can expect that information. I've also contacted Randy's mobile number and get no response. I get it, a roof leak is probably not as lucrative a project as a full roof replacement and most likely gets lower priority, and I am sure they are swamped from the storm earlier this year, but the customer service and lack of communication we've experienced is just unacceptable. How hard is it to say, "hey, I'm working on it, I'll get back to you by X date." I saw previous negative reviews about unresponsive service but hoped it wouldn't be our experience. It was. Bottom line: they've wasted 3 weeks of our time in which our roof continues to leak. I do not recommend. Edit to add: I appreciate the owner's response to this review. Randy did follow up after this was posted to inform me that they caulked a portion of our flashing during his visit on July 2nd. I do appreciate knowing that. but, unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem as the roof continues to leak. We are w

  Hi Brittany. I'm so sorry for the lack of communication. Randy did a repair that he believes should fix the leak when he was at your house that he had not planned on charging you for and hadn't gotten to call you back yet. We are working hard to fix the communication issues on our end. We are a small family owned company and have been doing our best to keep up with the current storm as well as day to day operations such as small repairs. We do hope we were able to fix the leak for you and hope you'll let us know if anything else comes up.

  ***Update*** 1 year later and the roof is leaking, again, in the same spot. I guess their quality matches their integrity. So much for that "Guarantee". Completely wasted my money. I chose this company due to reviews on this site. I don't want anybody else lied to like I was. To be fair, though, I can't complain about the quality of their work (yet), but they have no integrity. Salesman repeatedly told me what I wanted to hear, but didn't follow through with what they said they would do or their promises. First, the verbal estimate came in at $500. Then $600. Then he said they could do it for $500 or $600, but would document $700 "just to be safe", but will only bill me the lower amount. When he came back to write it up, he wrote down $750, which was what they ultimately billed me for. Second, they didn't do what they promised. My roof leaked around the flashing. My old flashing extended past the chimney a few inches. Salesman told me he would extend the flashing about a foot past chimney to prevent future problems (which raised the quote due to the extra shingles required to do the work). That was the only reason I chose this company. When work was completed, they only extended a few inches past chimney. It was identical to the old flashing, but I was still billed for the extra work quoted. When I asked salesman about it, he told me I shouldn't worry because there was a lifetime guarantee on the flashing, so I asked him to put that in writing. He then lowered that "lifetime guarantee" to "10-15 years", then he stated he could write me up something for "5 years". Then, he spoke to the owner of the company and told me they would not provide me any guarantee in writing, but I "had his word" that they would come back and fix it if there were any problems. I was initially annoyed they didn't do the work like they promised since that was the only reason I hired them, but after the work was completed, the only thing I asked of them was to document the g

  It was my mother's roof...and repair man did not call or even show up to fix her roof...i know its a small job but she took off work all day to get this done....

  My wife and I hired Joe Price and Premier Property to re-side our lake cabinet. I cannot say enough about the professionalism from beginning to end. Joe was extreamly patient with us. My wife likes to dream and explore many options. Joe smiled and responded to every need. The Premier crew communicated from start to finish and they took pride in their clean worksite. But here was my surprise. I believe our cabin was originally construct by a drunk with a large scrap pile. Im in construction myself. Ive never had a structure throw more wicked curve balls like this one. As our project began, I prepared for a barrage of phone calls. As I knew complications were unavoidable. Only 1! And that was to ask if we would like to use the leftover shakes on an additional area. I only write a few reviews a year. And im only motivated when the review is to report the extreams. Well, today its to report an extreamly well done Job! Thank you to all involved. Go Premier or don't go at all

  Premier did an incredible job on our roof, gutters, fascia, and column wraps. Marc was easy to work with and helped us evaluate our options. The work crews did a great job, while navigating uncertain winter weather. I’d recommend them to anyone.

  The salesman showed up on site twice, to confirm things going smoothly. They also done a good job for clean up. Other than a few nails in the gutter, I haven’t found any in the yard.

  Premier always takes care of their customers, even after 8 years of roof replacement. A shingle came loose & they immediately responded & repaired without charge. They are fair & professional. Highly recommend them for new roofs.

  Awesome service and kept me updated on everything that was going on and when they would be able to start and finish my roof. It took them one day to get the job done. Nathan was very nice and helpful with the process.

  Nathan, Jared, Chris and their crews provided excellent, friendly service on their installs of our new roof, roof turbines, fascia and gutters with downspouts. The overall final product was very pleasing to us. We would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

  I had a terrific experience with Premier Property! I recognized the business name from seeing signs around town, but I also got a recommendation from a good friend as well as the Jefferson City News Tribune —- where they had won their annual Readers’ Choice Award. I called the number my friend had given me and reached Nathan Haslag. We had a good interaction and he came over to look at my roof within an hour of my call. He is such a nice guy— professional, friendly, and helpful. He provided a bid for me within 24 hours and their price was slightly less than the ones I had received, and the bid included all the same work. Once I chose Premier, Nathan provided me all the samples I wanted and addresses of homes so I could look at several roof colors. I had a hard time making up my mind, but I never felt rushed or dismissed by Nathan. He was patient with me even when I ordered one color and changed my mind a few days later. The work was done within 4 weeks of signing my contract. The installers were such nice men as well and do excellent work in hot conditions. They completed my home in just under 13 hours. I am thrilled with the color, the look, everything! I highly recommend this company. If you need a roof, call Premier!
