  They came out to do a roof inspection and verbally stated there were no issues with the roof. I asked that to be a written inspection for my insurance company since I was buying the house. After receiving the inspection in writing, amazingly THEN there were issues as seen in their photos. Not sure why they lied unless the seller that hired them offered them money to lie to me but when I put their company and reputation on the spot, they didn't lie. But, they also didn't fix the issues either. I'd NEVER call them again just for this reason. If you think I'm lying, I have all the written proof available for anyone to see

  Penny, Thank you for the opportunity to respond to you. First of all, I want to apologize that we have not lived up to your expectations for this encounter. We take pride in operating our small family business with honesty and integrity.  Please understand, we will never falsify a report/statement or accept any kind of payment for any intentional wrongdoing or unethical action. When two of our project managers met with the seller, the real estate agent and you, the buyer, they verbally stated a shingle had damages most likely during the installation process (which was not cause for major concern).  Upon inspection of the attic, our rep spent several minutes discussing and detailing his photos of the plywood around the chimney showing rot and deterioration.  We did mention at that time that there did not appear to be an active leak, however, this was an issue that certainly should have been addressed by the last roofer during the re-roofing process.  To my knowledge, to date, we have never been 1. Asked to provide a repair estimate.  2.  Provided a repair estimate.  3.  Been requested to complete any type of repairs.  4.  Been compensated for any repairs.  To date, we have not received any compensation, whatsoever, for our time, the inspection conducted, or the report which was generated.  I am not sure I understand how you feel that our representatives have lied to you in any capacity.  We provided our written report within 24 hours of our inspection and emailed it directly to you for review.  I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this situation further, please contact us at your earliest convenience at 573-821-7663.  Manuel Chavez, President

  I called for an estimate. They scheduled an appointment and showed up on that date.....told us we'd have an estimate in approximately 5 days. Called 7 days later to follow up and was told the gentleman was out on a work site and would call me back that day......still no call back. Called again 8 days after that....she said he just walked in the door so let me touch base and i'll call you back in a few minutes. That was 3 hours ago.....i can only assume they chose after doing the bid that they didn't want the job but i wish they would just tell you that......Don't understand why you would pay for television commercials (where i found them) and then not follow through. I'm moving on

  Matt is the person who really sold us on Chavez. Before we even agreed to go with the company, he went on our roof and did an install of some flashing around our chimney, as we were leaking a bit at that site. He just did it. We were impressed. Price was right. Job finished in under 1.5 days in sweltering heat. We've have some rain since and the roof seems just fine! Will it last 20+ years? We'll see how the weather goes during that time. Highly recommend!!!

  We had a really good experience with Chavez Enterprises replacing our worn out roof. Beginning with their Sales Rep, Joe, being honest about the fact that our insurance company was not going to pay to replace a roof that was bad due to normal wear and tear. Other roofers had insisted insurance should cover it but the claim was denied. Joe was easy to talk to and easy to reach with my questions. The crew arrived extremely early (5:30 AM) to cover everything and avoid damages to the house and landscaping. They got it all done in one day! We love the look of our new roof and highly recommend this company.

  Roof replacement. Fantastic company. Efficient responses from customer service. Very polite labourers. The roof was repaired and replaced within 2 days. No debris left behind. Wonderful job, extremely pleased and well worth the cost.

  Chavez Enterprises was very good to work with. They communicated well through out the whole process. The roofing crew were protective of plants and items around the house. The cleanup was great! Very pleased with the whole process and final product.

  I just wanted a quote & info at first but the numbers were better than I thought so we got a new roof and gutters! They're beautiful shingles & the gutters! I love them! and the guys cleaned everything up! Those are some hard working guys! Any issues were taken care of immediately and all questions answered.

  This company is really awesome they helped me navigate insurance and told me the steps I need to take to get my roof replaced and that was a big help. The roof looks awesome with the new gutters and I am so pleased with how everything turned out, the roof was also installed in less than a day which was crazy good to me! I'd definitely recommend Matt and everyone at Chavez!

  Absolutely best experience with any contractor in Jefferson City area, from the quote to finished work. The crew that did the siding work was very professional. They worked hard for the 2 long days it took to complete the project and did excellent work!
