  I recently did business with Above and Beyond Roofing. I bought some standing seam roof material that had been sitting on their lot for several years. I did not know that I was buying this material from a business. Overall disrespectful and uncaring people. If you are considering buying a roof from these people I would recommend going somewhere else. I did not purchase a new roof and have them install it on my home BUT it does not change how this owner has super poor personality traits. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of above and beyond Roofing. EDIT: unfortunately in order to respond to I delete a big portion of my original review because of a character limit . But I wanted to respond and let you know that your response is full of inaccurate details. And I also wanted to say that you sir have a lot of opinions of me and we have never met. The reason I point out the owner is because he is the one that is calling the shots I have no problem with anyone that works there that I interacted with. My problem was with the man that's calling the shots. And no people like me do not get hurt on purpose and sue. People like you that are cynical make those ridiculous comments. The truth is most people, including myself, are honest hard working people. And to clear up why I did not get there till 3:00 on that day that I said I'll be there earlier in the day around 8 or 9:00 was I had broken down on the side of the road and had ro wait over 3.5 hours to get a sensor that had went out on my truck putting it in limp mode. And as for the "mess". It looked better when I left than when I arrived. Besides it was 5pm so I had to leave!! I even pulled out off the property to strap my load down before I could make the drive home.

  Put wood around our chimney and did not paint or put protective coating on it. My husband is almost 73 and cannot get on the roof to paint it. Called and asked about it and was told” we do not paint” why not let us paint it then before you put it on?

  Your husband had called into the office for the first time the day after you left this message. Your roof was completed in May and this is the first that we have heard about it. After Ben spoke with your husband, your husband had a better understanding of the process and got the painters information to get that taken care of.

  This is Ben the owner of Above & Beyond Roofing. I am sorry to this supposed Customer that had this bad experience. I believe you may have the wrong company that you are giving the review about. Reason being we have no staff with zero Roofing experience or 3 months at that. All of our staff has multiple years experience and we don’t give estimates “about $10,000” or verbal estimates to anyone. All of our estimates are formal. And being the person didn’t leave a name or a bid number it’s hard to prove that it was us that bid it. And it sounds like it was a second party that called us not the one leaving the review I find this review very rude and unprofessional and maybe even fake.   I highly recommend Above & Beyond Roofing! They installed my roof several years ago, and I've been very happy with the quality of their work. After a recent storm caused some damage, I appreciate they responded quickly and made the repairs right away. It's reassuring to know they are there when you need them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

  After calling several roofing companies above and beyond was the only one that responded in a timely matter. I decided to hire them after quote they kept me informed every step of the way. The crew showed up very professional and did the job I ask for . Will definitely use again if I need there services. Update had bad ice storm 01/25 had alittle damage this company does honor there warranty no questions asked they sent a crew out to fix good as new !! Thanks again

  Ben and his crew replaced the shingles on the home we were purchasing and did an excellent job! They were very timely and responsive and took and sent detailed pics of any additional damage they found along the way along with taking care of the additional damage for a reasonable cost! Took the time to add a gable above the chimney fireplace to prevent future water damage as old design was allowing water to building and leak into chimney cavity. They Were here and gone in a single day & Cleaned up afterwards like nothing had ever happened! 6mo later shingles still look new with zero issues!
