  They were hired to do a roof in Cedar Rapids after the derecho. The quality of work and professionalism is down right disgusting! Kirby is a very rude man!! I wouldn’t recommend them at all!

  This company sent a roofer that worked until 3am which caused us to have the cops called on us Multiple mistakes that required someone to come back out and fix. And their latest mistake is still not fixed, Carrie doesn't seem to care at all - still sending invoice reminders repeatedly while the work is not completed, not acknowledging my emails and forcing me to loop in more people from the company. Rich and Will were pleasant to work with - Carrie not so much

  Worst company I have ever had to deal with it took forever to get the products here and they even sent products that were not needed or matched it was always a run around as to when things would get here and none of the workers spoke any English so you couldn’t even communicate and then things were being charged that didn’t even get done a lot of things were added to the cost that the workers never even did . The adjuster was very unfriendly and acted like the money put into our house came from his pocket. There were things that were suppose to get done but because it took so long to get anything done we just said screw it we will do it ourselves. My overall experience with this company was the worst I have ever seen or ever dealt with . Do not recommend this company to anyone they are very rude and disrespectful. I will never use this company ever again.

  Premier Plus has been excellent! Brittany, Cerby and team are so easy to work with. They are very timely, craftsmanship is wonderful and their follow through was on point. They all were friendly and polite. We highly recommend this group!

  Premier Plus is great! I dealt with good people who wanted me totally satisfied with the claim. They came to see me in person and thru phone calls. No robot calls, machines. I had forgotten how good that can be with an insurance company.

  Can’t say enough good things about premier plus and their team, they were very easy to work with and Travis and his team stayed in constant contact throughout the whole project.   Lawrence and Will from Premier Plu were knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. The roofing crew showed up when they were supposed to. It took them two days for a very large roof. When finished, everything was cleaned up. The roof looks very nice. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

  Like many people in the Solon area, we suffered roof and siding damage from a hail storm this summer. I was referred to Premier Plus by a friend, and I was glad I was! After I reached out to them, Will Mefferd came to my house the same day, checked out my roof and siding, and said that both had damage. He came back again when the insurance adjuster was here to point out the damage, and once each claim was cleared with the insurance company, our roof and siding were replaced within 2 weeks! The crews they used to do the work were amazing....professional, thorough, and did their work fast. I can't say enough good things about how this experience was for us. Will Mefferd is very knowledgeable in both what his company offers for services, but also how to navigate the insurance company claim process, dealing directly with insurance himself instead of leaving that to you. He came back many times to check on the progress as well. Jessie in the office did an awesome job of staying in contact regarding scheduling the jobs too, and was easy to get ahold of, which is a rarity these days. And Jackson also did a great job coming by after both jobs were done to clean up. What I thought was going to be a long, drawn out battle between insurance, available supplies, and scheduling turned out to be a breeze, thanks to Will and the rest at Premier Plus Storm Team. A++

  The Premier group was great. The bid was more than reasonable. The team worked hard and fast and completed our roof in a little over a day. They cleaned up well after and came back again with a metal detector to assure they got all nails. Nice job

  Premier Plus Team did an excellent job installing a roof replacement on my house. The company is from Iowa. At first, I was skeptical about how they would do the job where I live in Missouri. Lawrence Triplett, the salesman, was courteous, explaining how they work. My husband and I agreed to go with them on March 22nd. The materials were dropped off on May 14th. Due to the rainy weather, the crew post was postponed until Saturday, May 18th. They came early to work, around 7 am. The production manager, Rich Bryan, came in person to see the work and coordinate things progressing. He kept us updated on what they do. We are delighted with our new roof and will use their service again.

  Fantastic company!! Hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with EVER. I own multiple properties in multiple states, so I deal with a lot of roofing contractors and they are HANDS DOWN the best. We added solar panels to our property and it went perfectly!! If you want solar panels or a roof, then this is the company to go with!! 10/10 will use again on our next project

  Premier Plus replaced our roofing and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. They communicated with the insurance company adjuster regarding the damage to the roofing that was found. The roof replacement was done very professionally and in a very short period of time. The crew did an excellent job of protecting bushes and flowers and their cleanup was remarkable. I would highly recommend Premier Plus to handle your storm damage repairs.
