The first three are Google’s own figures for Preferred Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Nevada roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Preferred Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I am grateful to have found some of the most dedicated and humble people at Preferred Roofing, they responded to my roof issue that would have cost me hundreds with HOA fees they came in and not just repaired my roof that the other company stated but didn’t finish the work area was not like your usual roofers I have dogs and the last company that started the job left nails and all kinds of sharp objects that my dogs could get injured the guys doing the roof started a deep clean up before they started they made sure that they did not leave anything behind my roof came out amazing thank you preferred roofing !

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 49 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 49, of which 13 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
