  Thank you kindly for your review. We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. In looking over our proposal, we quoted to seal hip and ridge shingles, roof to wall flashing, replace (1) stem vent, and seal exposed nails as needed. This work was completed as quoted and photos were sent to the initial email but bounced back due to size. This was addressed through several messages and resolved when an alternate email was provided. Photos were successfully sent on November 20th, 2023. Regarding the late payment, automatic messages are sent out via Quick books if payment is not received within 14 days. A courtesy call is also made to check in and verify payment has been made. No late fees were applied and a paid invoice was sent upon receipt of payment. Given this repair was done in October of 2023, when it was brought to our attention five months later (Thursday, March 14th) that the client was not satisfied, we made an attempt to fix it. It is our number one priority to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and if we fail in that, we will always do what we can to make things right. Because we did provide the service as quoted and attempted to work with this client, a reimbursement could not be made.

  I'm beyond disappointed in this roofing company. Knowing we were in the middle of a real estate transaction and didn't have time to get other bids, they gave us a scam bid for more than 10k over any of the other four bids we received just days later. If you do decide to check into Ability Plus Roofing, I highly recommend you shop around to ensure they give you a reasonable bid.

  We had a roof issue come up when we were selling our house. I made a mistake and forgot to get a roofer's bid. My agent called Ability Plus, and they were able to get a contractor out *the next day*, which was the last day of our repair period. Quite possibly saved our home sale. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company for any roofing issues. Super personable contractors and company owners too.

  I want to thank APR for moving us up in thier schedule for repairs to enable our home sale. Pricing was reasonable and the same as thier bid. The site was left as clean as they found it. Good communication. Highly recommended.

  Ability Plus recently completed a new roof install on my home and they did a fantastic job. The work was completed in 2 days and it looks amazing. In addition to the work at the job site, communication was also excellent. Carrie in the office was a great point of contact and she was always available when we had questions.

  Great customer service and attentiveness to customer needs. I had a roof leak, and was referred to Ability Plus by a neighbor. Both the front office (Carrie) and the roofing specialist (Roman) were very friendly, courteous, timely, and communicative. After assessing our roof, Roman determined that our problem likely was being caused by our chimney, and recommended we use the services of a brick mason. Although we therefore did not actually use Ability Plus for roofing, I was impressed by the professionalism of Roman and Carrie, and greatly appreciated Roman's honest assessment. Great experience!

  In preparation for putting my home on the market, I had a whole house inspection done, and my roof failed quite remarkably. As a managing real estate broker for over 25 years, I have suggested Ability Plus to countless agents based on others’ experiences, and then I got a chance to use them myself. My house needed a tear of two roofs, the oldest being 49 years old. The ventilation had become inadequate.  An estimator came out and explained the new features in roofing, recommended current ventilation and safety features and noted a deterioration in the facia boards.  It had not occurred to me that roofers are also skilled carpenters.    I received a very thorough explanation of the work and scheduled the work.  The four-person crew showed up and worked seamlessly for four days, cleaning the site daily and leaving plenty of egress and ingress.  The grounds and vegetation were always protected with tarps, and they left the site as they found it.

  Two years ago we discovered that most of the rubber vent boots on the roof had deteriorated. We called Ability Plus and they sent a crew out. They inspected the roof and then made the needed repairs to vent boots and also some flashings around the chimney. I write this two years later because the repairs were excellent and are still holding up well. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for those repairs. I recommend them highly.

  Great service. Everyone I spoke to in the office, the owner and workers onsite were friendly and easy to work with. They answered all my questions thoroughly and I felt confident I was getting a great roof. They also are very reasonably priced! I would go with them again the next time I need a roof!

  The folks at Ability Plus Roofing delivered in every way to repair our roof that was damaged after a recent wind storm. The damage we saw wasn't as extensive as many of our neighbors but Karl and Carrie made us feel like we were important in their efforts to provide a bid and to make the repairs. Their bid was competitive and the quality of the repairs was exceptional. Post-repair, they cleaned up and probably left the ground area surrounding the repair in better shape than it was when they arrived. Ability Plus is A+ in every way!
