  Called about a roof replacement and the inspector, Daniel, looked at the roof. However, Daniel never sent me an estimate after multiple follow up calls. I ended up calling / giving my business to another vendor.

  I would NOT recommend precision roof crafters. Had them come and evaluate our project (leak in kids room). They gave me a video of proposed work and great explanation of what they would along with their estimate. We were impressed with their professional attitude and detail they went into even though they were the highest bid. So far so good. Fast forward after the job is done and the first hard rain reveals they did not fix my issues. First follow up visit had them attesting things would work and that the fix was done. Second hard rain same thing. Third hard rain and same leak. This visit they claim it’s the AC vent (that they stated they would fix on their video) that was leaking due to misalignment and that I needed to have AC company fix that first and they would charge me extra to perform further repairs after that. Their video clearly shows them understanding what work I wanted done and they pull this…. Totally ridiculous. Would not recommend.

  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do not use this company. Our roof, as well as our neighbor's roofs were done terribly. When we all complained, they said..."we didn't do that, or that is because of this, nothing that we did". Our roof leaks, but it's not their fault. And do not say you have never visited my home, like I have seen on other's comments. You have been to every home in our entire community, multiple times. Horrible.

  We have never been to this persons home or business to offer our services. We are not sure what this review is based on. It is possible that Mr. Carr called to request that we come out and diagnose his roof problem and provide him with a repair solution. If that is the case, we do charge for the service. We thank him for the opportunity.

  UPDATE 2: DON'T USE! Even though the owner called and apologized and said he would make everything right, he didn't. He said he would have the window fixed the next weekend, well it took 3 weeks, but at least that was fixed. Everything else, nothing. Never took care of any of it. Cost me over $500 to fix everything they broke and the owner obviously didn't care other than having the bad review online. On top of everything they broke, after a year still had shingles not sitting flat. Just a straight up horrible company. UPDATE: After posting my review online, the owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic. Said he would do anything to make it right. Felt he meant it from a personal perspective more than a money or review side. Obviously there are some things that cannot be corrected now. The manager for my project had been let go soon after my experience. My busy schedule and the weather hasn't allowed everything to be correct yet, but felt I needed to upgrade from 1 to 3 stars in the interim. Mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matters. Very disappointing. Came off as very professional originally. They were the highest quote of the 4 I got so I figured they would be better. I was wrong. 1. Caused hundreds in damage if I were to pay someone to fix. 2. Destroyed my new gutters. I don't have a lot, but they bent up multiple areas and managed to rip out one of the supports. 3. Broke a window they said they would fix, but they didn't. 4. Ripped a screen. 5. Sliced through a nice water hose. 6. Spray painted parts of the roof because they were too lazy to cover the shingles before painting. 7. Been a few months and have found about 30 nails left behind so far. 2 in the driveway. 8. Marks left on the garage doors from the original shingles being thrown down. 9. Wood repair areas between the roof and siding they replaced were not even painted to cover the joints or the nails. 10. Dormer siding was broken off and covered with glue that looks horrible. 11

  I have never before heard of a company that charges almost two hundred dollars for an estimate... Their "receptionist" whomever answers the phone lacks people skills. Don't go into a "service" industry if you can't provide service!
