If you’re looking for a dependable roofing contractor in Wicomico County, Maryland, I highly recommend Precision Exteriors. I’ve personally used them for multiple projects, as well as referred them to my real estate clients and family members across the area. They completed a full second-story addition in Mardela Springs, MD, installed a new roof in Hebron, MD, and have handled several roof replacements in Salisbury, MD for both myself & my clients. Every project has been handled with professionalism and efficiency. Their team provides fast, high-quality roofing services, competitive pricing, and they are especially great at working with insurance companies on roof claims, which makes the process much easier for homeowners. One thing that really stands out is their attention to detail—after every job, the cleanup is so thorough it’s like they were never even there. If you need roof repair, roof replacement, or exterior contracting services in Salisbury, Hebron, Mardela Springs, or anywhere in Wicomico County, Precision Exteriors is a top choice. Highly recommend!

These guys are a cut above the rest. Very competitive quote, beautiful work, and their crew was very polite and showed up consistently when they said they would (this is rare in my experience with contractors). They remodeled my tool shed to match the roof and siding of my home as well. This was not an easy feat, as it’s attached to an old glass green house. I had an unexpected issue with opening the greenhouse vents with the new siding that I had never considered or disclaimed during the job. Their team worked with me and immediately came back out same week to help me make the adjustment on the siding. I challenge anyone reading this to have a job done to contract completion, and get that company to come back out for a small fix at little to no cost with any another company. Overall, extremely impressed with the reliability and quality of Precision Exteriors. They are my go to!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed and thoughtful review. We are truly honored by your kind words and deeply appreciate the trust you placed in Precision Exteriors. It means a great deal to our entire team to hear that you found our quote competitive, our workmanship to your satisfaction, and our crew professional and reliable throughout the project. Matching the new siding and roofing to your home—particularly with the challenges presented by the attached vintage greenhouse—was indeed a unique undertaking, and we are pleased that the final result met your expectations. We especially value your recognition of our commitment to follow-up service. Addressing the unforeseen issue with the greenhouse vents promptly and at minimal cost is simply part of our standard: we stand behind our work and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, even after the original scope is fulfilled. Your recommendation as your “go-to” contractor is the highest compliment we can receive, and we are grateful for it. Should you or anyone in your network need exterior services in the future, we would be privileged to assist again. Thank you once more for your support and for choosing Precision Exteriors. Warm regards, The Precision Exteriors Team

We recently had our roof replaced by Nate from Precision Exteriors, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Nate was professional, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond. Before the installation, he even took the time to patch up some wind-blown shingles for us—at no extra charge—just to make sure we were protected until the full replacement could be scheduled. The new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. It’s clear that Nate takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the final result. We highly recommend Nate and Precision Exteriors to anyone in need of roofing work. Exceptional service like this is hard to find.
