From start to finish they were excellent. Mike and Greg were wonderful to work with and were clear, thorough and up front about the project and the costs. When the project and my needs changed unexpectedly, they were flexible and accommodating. The crew of Wojtek, Robert and Peter did an outstanding job. They were incredibly professional, thorough and detail oriented. I was impressed with how they navigated the challenges of bad weather and the significant additional work that came as a result of last minute changes to the plans. It was evident that they cared about the job, and were invested in the work they were doing. I appreciated the time they took to address any question or concern I had. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and my house looks amazing!

We are very pleased with our experience with Precision #1. They recently replaced our vinyl siding with James Hardie siding, and the results truly transformed the exterior of our home. Their pricing was very competitive—in fact, they were the lowest bidder—but the quality of the work was excellent. They were helpful with the design, responsive throughout the project, and paid close attention to detail. Everyone we dealt with, from the sales team to the operations staff, was professional, personable, and easy to work with. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Precision #1.

Mark and his team were wonderful to work with through every step of the process. We used them for our stucco removal and replacing with Hardie plank. They helped with design schemes and made multiple changes till we were satisfied. The team was thorough and paid attention to every detail. Thank you Precision #1! I would highly recommend their services.

Over the last few months, Precision #1 has completed several major projects on our house: installed a new roof, replaced the stucco siding with Hardie siding, upgraded the external lighting, and replaced the deck. We are very pleased with the results and with the way each project was carried out. The supervisors and crews assigned to the work were exceptionally skilled and professional. They were experienced, knew what they were doing, and communicated very effectively. Special kudos go to Luke and Andrew who led the work on the Hardie siding project and to “Super Luke” who built the new deck and achieved beautiful results on our chimney and dormers. And Mark, the Precision #1 executive who stayed on top of each project from beginning to end. I think the key word in what emerged from these projects is quality: quality materials, quality workmanship, quality management, quality communications. Thank you Mark and Precision #1.

Thanks Mike, Love the way your home turned out with the mix of Lap and Board & Batten, and adding those Soffit lights really is impressive at night. Definitely a game changer.

I had my master bathroom remodeled from a garden tub to a no barrier walk in shower. Prem's work was meticulous in every detail. It was the highest quality. He was easy to work with, communicated well and kept a clean and neat work site. He also offered solid, valuable opinions on how to complete the project and what materials to use. The entire process was effortless and stress free for me. He provided exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Precision One for any remodeling needs you have. So far they have also replaced my siding, windows and remodeled my sunporch. I will continue to use them for any other updates I may need. Thank you Prem and Mark for another job well done!

Precision just completed replacing our 50 year old cedar siding with Hardiboard, it looks amazing. Mark and his team also replaced about half the windows in the house and all of the gutters. It was not a Cookie Cutter job as we were changing the style of windows, some of the new windows were as wide as 10 feet wide and one solid piece of glass. There was a great deal of finish work that needs to be done inside as well and the detail on the interior work was wonderful. We were so impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the work, but also with the care and respect that the crew had for our property. We have had experience with many contractors over the years, but no one has shown the level of care that Precisions team of craftsmen showed on our job. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them on future projects.
