  3 years ago we had Prairie Sky roofing put a new roof on our old Wolsley house. A week or so after when the job was complete we notice that on an area where the roof meets our siding, the siding had come loose and was waving around in the wind. When we contacted Prairie Sky, they came out and fixed the area while telling us that is was not their fault and then charged us for the repair. I spoke with them and told them that we did not agree to this charged repair as it was pretty clear that siding channel was pryed off when they removed the old layers of shingles. They blamed "short nails" used for the siding yet all other areas have lasted over 20 years. We did not pay the $700 bill for their repair job. The next year we had a significant leak in the roof and would not come out and even look at it until the repair bill was paid. With that being said, they will not repair our $25000 roof because we will not pay for the bill from an issue that arose from their roof replacement. I would never recommend a business that does not stand behind their work and tries to blame customers for an issue that their team caused.

  Came out to look at what we needed done, said he could do it, and then completely disappeared. No quote, no response to emails, no sorry I can’t do this, nothing. Just another flakey roofer.

  Great experience with the team at Prairie Sky. Crystal in the office is an excellent communicator and the entire crew took great pride in explaining all the options and then completing the job quickly and professionally. Clean job site, friendly crew and great results. Five stars!

  I requested several quotes and this was the only company that responded quickly. Tony Todd did the estimate and was very friendly and informative. The crews did a great job and Crystal from the office was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

  Last August 2024 I had a new roof installed by Prairie Sky Roofing, it is the third roof installed on our house since it was built in 1989. When the installers arrived from Prairie Sky they asked there was any stipulations and I said just don’t use the deck to work off of. A short while later I looked out the window and the group of workers were packing up to leave. They left and I called Prairie Sky to find out what happened . The owner came down later and it was concluded I had ruffled a some feathers. I believe it was the next day that a new crew was sent down and this time it was the crew the owners son works on. They treated the job very regimental , worked steadily and took a proper break for lunch on the front lawn.when they left all was cleaned up well and I was happy. The job was not cheap but I felt they did a pretty darn good job . I will not get into the complaints I had at this time . So spring came along and my wife noticed we had a water stain on the ceiling. I called the company and the owners son and the lead hand came down and concluded it was the brick work that was causing the water leak and they made a shield for the brick work on one side and covered the other side with silicone . I was concerned about who was going to fix the water leak damage and eventually called my insurance company . The insurance company sent down a person from another company and he traced out the problem. Prairie Sky had failed to silicone along one part of an over hang. Other than that , they felt the job they did was very good .When I contacted Prairie Sky, the owner came down and had already seen the pictures I had supplied to him from the insurance company and the roofing inspector. When I spoke with the owner/ manager of PS he denied all possibilities of how the leak happened, even though the pictures showed why the leak happened and where it came from. The owner also refused to have the area siliconed and wanted to leave it so that it could possibly leak more ,

  We had a great experience with Prairie Sky Roofing. From the estimate to the delivery of supplies to the installation itself, we were treated with respect and kindness. Dealing with Seth, Alfie and their team was a breeze as well. What was expected to be a one- or two-day job turned into something more in-depth, but the team was up-front about everything and made sure we understood each stage of the repairs. We would definitely recommend Prairie Sky Roofing to anyone looking for quality work at an excellent value.

  We had a major leak in our roof and Prairie Sky was able to make it over the same day to put a temporary fix and stop further damage. They saved me big time! Highly recommend. Travis and the team have been great to work with.
